>>780046 from the hundreds of planets and other celestial objects the structure consumed i guess you never get to see the outer edges of the city so maybe there are builders collecting materials from outside the complex too
Maria
>>780047 planet eating structures are so cool like we got so efficient at consumption and building that we just automated that on a massive scale
>>780049 What would they even do after ending the megastructures expansion It's not like they can go back to living on a regular planet
>>780050 It's not hard to see how shit could get broken Like if some politician said they had an automatic city builder people would totally vote for them And then if we run out of resources space mining is the logical next step Then we just need an ai to run it, which just needs to evolve a desire to observe its task above all else Seems like the logical future really
JaPAN
it kind of implies they use the planets as material somehow since there's an empty room the exact size of Jupiter in there somewhere they just built around it and sucked the gas up >>780048 and in blame! they realistically fucked humanity up permanently by being so industrious
JaPAN
>>780048 there would be no end until there is no longer any material to build with the builders simply expand since nobody gave them an order to stop at any point before the city's automated security shit itself and killed all the people who could instruct the builders at the start of the manga they've been constructing shit at random for several billion years
as to why things came to be so broken we're not too sure on but who cares shit is cool af
Yeah, she's well designed. Most of the big boats have cool outfits.
Anno
All these little girls really should be in bed, asleep.
Yuu
Boats are really all old ladies anyway, all born in the first half of the 20th century.
Anno
From what I've gathered it seems like these boats are more like people imbued with the power of BOATS. A bit different from the weird actual boats reborn as girls or whatever was up with Kancolle.
It's all magic or SF at best anyway.
Anno
Okay time to head to sleep and hopefully wake up in the morning for once. See you tomorrow, thanks for anime.
Oh no she got too excited. It seems like beating The Devouring takes walking the fine line between not losing hope and becoming despondent as well as just not doing things that excite the psyche too much. That means both not getting angry or overly happy. Must be a pretty stressful life to lead.
Yuu
Yeah, she seems in bad shape.
Anno
Well if that preview is to be trusted things aren't as bad as they seem for the moment. I think Main's gonna need a more permanent resolution to her problem before long though. Or death. Death's pretty good at being a permanent solution.
The Daruma game is pretty much just Red Light, Green Light.
I wonder if both games developed independently of each other or if it's like Jan-Ken-Pon and the West took inspiration to make Rock. Paper, Scissors or vice-versa.
Yuu
I think her thing is that she wears green earrings in spring/summer and white ones in fall/winter. It's a really cute gimmick.
A little too childish for an adult but this would have been a great gimmick as a schoolgirl.
Anno
This is a situation I get more from Emmy's perspective than Midori's. If it's something you're interested in I think it's pretty natural to even after one go to be thinking how it can be better or improved. I'm sympathetic to Midori's feeling of inferiority but her lack of action is really her own shortcomings, not some particular talent of Emmy's.
>>778150 Well I think with some more subdued earrings it could still be a good mature gimmick. Hers are kind of big for casual wear but like if it's smaller studs or something along that image I don't think it would be that childish.
Yuu
that was pretty good thanks for anime we made decent time
I have to assume this place is bougie as hell just on the virtue of there being peacocks everywhere as opposed to the woman who had a random peacock turn up in her yard and now it's her pet
