Yeah, when you talked about combat coming up I was a bit worried about the time limit. I wouldn't mind running a bit over but I don't know what comes up next, so maybe waiting is better.
I think that's right, ye.s Though it is easy to be optimtitic about things early. Who knows if these things that seem good will turn out good. There is a lot of stuff with a lot of promise this season though.
I think the best part is that everyone out here talks as much as i do it's pretty common out here in the sticks, if you stop at a gas station, you can sit there and chat with the cashier for five or ten minutes while you're checking out until someone else comes in sometimes the person waiting in line even joins in and just enjoys the chat they understand humor out here too if CVS doesn't have my cigarettes i can make a joke like "Well I bet walgreens has it! Ya'll just lost my business!" (even though i just bought vodka and other various goods at a CVS) and they'll laugh
it's the sort of shit that i try to do in tennessee and they just give me angry looks like i'm trashy i'm not trashy i like talking to people. i like connecting and understanding and turning stress into laughter

in most parts of austin you can shoot the shit with just about anyone you come upon, especially in the kinds of places where less well-off people are more likely to be found (for instance, inside of a gas station)
