It did look like Tiara's onee-chan was hiding in the crowd there. I guess she put in a bit of extra magic oomph in their performance. So they technically cheated on the performance rating.

Or at least give us better context for what it means. Does the tower that light up during performances pull magic from all over the city then? It sounds like it normally does, but they disable some of it when performances are happening to accurately measure the quality of the performance. But they didn't do that properly so their rating is innacurate. Or something. I'm kinda doing a lot of guesswork here based on what we've seen.
Yeah that came as a surprise. She's been such a butt monkey for the series so far so it was surprising to see her do a lot of reliable and useful contributions.
