Well I can kind of get that. In the past I've definitely had tendencies to slip into a belief that any slight against me is an obvious indication of some plot to gaslight or deceive me and not just someone forgetting about stuff or even just having priorities more important than me, perish the thought. That blend of vanity and paranoia has really made me make things rough for people at times.
i think i'll probably be fine because a lot of those issues came about from some mental blockades which needed to be navigated under controlled, medicated settings, and now that they have, the routes are knowable and it doesn't get all congested causing leakage and overflow
but SSRIs are especially hard to come off of, and im not as used to them since it was just a temporary thing that was supposed to last me until my visit with primary care, a temporary script from the hospital, as they assumed my doctor would be fine to resume my other medications but since she wasnt that really fucks me up it's actually factually ruining my life and i get brief impulsive urges where i want to ruin hers for ruining mine but that kind of bitterness doesn't help me either
i dont think she has any business practicing though. she's still new and she completely fucked up she's a nurse practitioner and only just got certified at the start of this year, was just a nurse prior to that nurse practitioners are normally great but this one really fucked up i want her to know she fucked up and feel the gravity of her poor decisions, but no matter what i do it would only come off like a disgruntled drug-seeking"patient" which is probably what she thought because she's a stupid fucking person

Finally got around to checking out the asian grocer/conbini-type store that opened up close by my campus. They've got quite a variety of good Asian import stuff there. Decent price on onigiri too, which might make for a decent breaktime light snack. And they've got bottles of oolong tea, which can be kind of hard to find outside of Asian import stores like it

basically not oberstein has an aoe, about near instant cast aoe blast that hits everyone present and he fucking spam and he also has an aoe stomp version of it with 2x damage when you get too close
you can dodge it, but you basically need to not be attacking or healing
but that isn't the bull the bull is he might just start with 5x fire blast or you might even DODGE into the fire pillar aimed at your ally like ton did one time
