You're the DM here, it's your responsibility to herd cats and keep this game organized People are difficult, have their own issues, and aren't always great at being communicative But it's your game, so own it. Set the dates, the necessary things for the game to work that you need from your players, and hold each of them accountable to it If that's "too much work" or too intimidating, then just go back to living out your fantasies in single player video games

The novelty pretty quickly wears off, and most of the powers are kinda meh
There's only one part of the game where stealth is even like, rewarded at all, too, and that's because they made it mandatory

There's also like 7 or 8 guns in total, so for the vast majority of the game I was just using 4 guns on rotation, and started skipping the side stuff because there wasn't much it could offer me anymore
There's a few unique guns, but most of them are kinda stinky so you just collect them to have them more than anything else
