Noticed we were down to our last bag of milk when I was making breakfast earlier. Didn't think too much of it now, but looking at some chatter it seems like grocery stores are kinda getting run at here too now. Not having milk for a brief period of time isn't a big deal really, but it is still kind of annoying.
Yeah, I picked up extra milk yesterday. Spent fuckin $150 and only have enough to make it through a few weeks. Maybe three weeks if I'm careful. I can go without food for a few meals if I have to so it's not a big deal but it kind of sucks how expensive everything fucking is.

We've got a decent amount of bread, bagels, and oatmeal so I'm probably fine for breakfast-y stuff. Though oatmeal kinda sucks without milk for me hah hah. Lots of tea bags and I think sugar so I'm good on that for probably a few weeks. There's also tins of tuna and a tonne of pasta down in the pantry. With my mother getting a full three weeks of vacation I could see my dad taking a few vacation days and the two of them spending more time up north at the cottage, so the food here will probably last longer too.
