I've been wondering how the division of captain and lead catcher will go. I don't think any of the younger catchers are really captain material. And honestly only that tetchy white-haired guy is probably competent as a catcher in a similar vein to Miyuki.
But they still also don't really have a captain replacement.

There's been a lot of focus on the coach handsignals this game. When you put a spotlight on them like that it ends up looking kinda funny.
I don't quite get why the game was called in the seventh inning. Sure, being like 10 - 2/3 whatever it was is a pretty intimidating lead to overcome. But there's still a lot of time until the bottom of the ninth.

This is a really mean spirit. Most of the other seven in this school are malicious but not too interested in killing or similar things. Even the Stairs kinda just spirited people away.

The cliffhanger twist at the end of the last episode was really weird. I didn't see it being an ASSAULT HELICOPTER coming. I thought it was gonna be like just some kind of properly demonic monster.

March break starts for public schools next week here but the province has also called for all public schools to close an additional two weeks after it. So my mother effectively gets three weeks paid vacation in the middle of spring, since public schools aren't set up to teach distance education here.
Though regardless she teaches like kindergarteners/grade one/two so it's not like you could do distance education anyway.

One of the more pleasant surprises of it for me still is how Somali is just a sheer ball of adorable energy. I was expecting her to be a bit shier or dimunitive. Instead she's a rowdy-to-the-point-of-problematic kid. Like most kids her age end up being.

From the flashback of the witch, there seems to be a history betwen -between golems and humans. I wonder if they've got some hidden programming ordering them to care for humans in addition to main directives like looking after forests.

The golem that was watching over the humans in the witch's flashback didn't have the exoskeleton at all, if I remember correctly. So more than clothes, they don't even seem to necessarily need the exoskeleton.
With his robotic sensibility I feel he probably came to the conclusion that clothes would help with their adventuring. Even with his exoskeleton, a golem is probably a weird enough look naked. So wearing clothes helps not get people looking too closely.

It's always kinda funny to me how simply people are fooled by the fake horns on Somali's hood. It takes people looking close like this old lady did to pick up on her humanity.
there was a long period where i wasn't able to feel anything from watching anime

You should go be adventurous some time! Go on a big trip somewhere completely new! I've found there's no bigger death sentence for the capacity to enjoy things then surrendering yourself too much to routine and habit.
