There's fairly generous loan/grant combos I can apply for, and I do have a lot of money saved up Regardless my job isn't really one I can work part time so if I want to do school I can't keep working at it

It's funny though, my brother also works in the same warehouse I do and I was talking with him the other day And he's also thinking of going back to work -to school next semester. His job could kind of be done part time and he'd likely be only doing a part time semester anyway But if he also quits before the winter semester the warehouse would be losing two employees roughly about the same time
They only just recently lost four employees to school / better job opportunities too, and who knows if they'll be able to replace them any time soon There really doesn't seem to be a whole lot of people interested in getting hired at this place

It's not just the warehouse though, the repairs department, which was once staffed by like four or five people, is about to lose their second-to-last employee I think by the end of this week They did pick up a new hire but that person can only be in like, one day plus two afternoons a week, which basically means that department is down to one full-time employee and a spare hand And the HR department only just picked up a dedicated employee for the department this week, after the department was basically un-staffed for months and all duties being picked up by a management position employee
I should stress, this isn't a bad job or workplace, at least on paper. The pay's competitive and they do offer some pretty nice benefits. I complain about it a lot because I'm stuck doing a job I don't enjoy or derive satisfaction from and it eats up too much of my time that I can't pursue satisfaction in my down time, but that's not really the job's fault. But all the lower-level employees are regularly frustrated by the management and especially with younger employees, very few if any want to be stuck there long-term Even so, it's kind of weird that this workplace both can't get new people hired on, and keep bleeding employees in multiple departments

Hulk's never really had great solidification in the MCU since his origin movie was messy and otherwise he's only really had piecemeal exposition in other movies Like Hawkeye also had been kind of ignored but he doesn't have powers like Hulk which could use consistency

When you get into the rhythm of it, if you have to make story changes that accommodate folks, you'll find ways to make it feel natural. I've been doing this for a while and had to scrap several things or make changes, though it helps that some of my stuff isnt set in stone.
