Well, one of those statements is based on his subjective opinion of Florida as a native. The fact that paying 500 bucks for a Granblue character is an irresponsible waste of money is an objective fact.
One thing I do when thinking about whether purchases are a good idea or not is to think about how long I would have to work to make that purchase. That tends to put things in perspective.
I mean I throw down a little bit of cash on FEH every once in awhile, but it's always just like 20 minutes of work. Two weeks of work for a digital purchase is insane.

When I was a kid the Seinfeld bass line really bothered me for some reason. I just found intensely obnoxious and couldn't stand it. So I'd never watch it and never even considered watching it until a few years ago.
Now there was an ad where some kid's mom died and he pointed to a star and said it was the brightest star in the sky so it must be his mom, and then his dad bought a house with a roof window.

My first Amelia was -spd, which was absolutely horrible for her. She's speedy but she's not THAT speedy that she can be -spd and not get toubled by a ton more units. I had to keep rolling until I got a better one.
