I always wondered how exactly the mining thing worked out but I think I brained it out you scout locations with high valuable mining locations and for your trouble, you are given a prepaid share of the amount they expect to get from there long term basically "look for minerals, you get % share on finding it" and each time they make port, they are transferred them by some cerb operative.

The Spaniards have a long history of being terribly racist and especially hateful towards the Catalans, who they've attempted to ethnically cleanse once or twice.
For reference, when Spain's leaders went on TV to say that the Catalan referendum was illegal, they did it in front of a paining of /// painting of a Spanish leader that tried to genocide the Catalans.

There's a costume in the shop and there's probably going to // you can probably get the other one once the event updates on the 15th or so. There's folk datamining and stuff so stuff gets leaked a bit.
Event is not very interesting except for Sakura in granblue.
Despite it being a stick, this is the only SSR dark EX weapon that can be FLB, but that might be a bit too much effort. Plus you're low on sleep so be sure to fix that first.

translation: This is the only dark weapon with that special bonus modifier that can go to level 150 and get its skill level to 15 instead of the usual 10. However whenever Xeno Diablo happens there will be what is hopefully a much better dark ex weapon like that.
Just think If you autism like me for a year, which isn't saying as much because damn are some of my crew crazy, you can have a grid of each element going. Isn't that amazing?
You can do the events without grinding the weapons though. So why do it? The only thing you get for grinding weapons is the ability to grind your weapons more.
I think grinding weapons is a bad design philosophy anyway. I will grind my characters until they are strong out of love. I can't love weapons though. It's just some sword, who cares?
>>303188 Granblue is really poorly designed in general. So much of it isn't fun at all. There's no strategy and teambuilding isn't difficult as long as you have the characters. And there are only so many ways you can build your weapons because the game is geared towards a single playstyle.
>>303193 Great. Can't wait to not have fun with interesting gameplay so I can grind out an entirely new grid of weapons so that I can meet the requirements of a single mission.
To be fair, it is the hardest fight in the game. ONce you're strong enough to attempt it you probably have the time to spare to make a different style of grid.
I'm not really knocking granblue, I think it appeals to certain types of players. I like management and I'm lazy about grinding though. A game where I don't have lots of choices just isn't my speed.
I think the new Atma weapons kind of encourage experimentation or trying to have fun. They beef up your characters so long as they're a specific weapon specialty.
But you still have to damage race or you can't compete in order to get the things you need. So in the end, the design of the game still forces you into that playstyle.
Choices that you have to grind really hard for aren't really meaningful choices. Experimentation is punished because if you grind for a long time for something that turns out crappy, that sucks.
TalesofNukes !5cY5Lovers
>>303202 They're trying to offset damage racing now. Ubaha HL encourages everyone to cooperate and not damage race, and that applies to other raids too in that now every player up through 6th place has a chance of a red "mvp" chest which opens up your drop options a little.
The end game doesn't really matter when it comes to complaints about the game.
Even if it's just the top 6 players have a chance to get something, that's still damage racing. If you're weak, you're still fucked until RNG favors you. You can't get strong without pure luck. You can't overcome weakness with GUTS or love in GBF either.
I'm trying to make a meme for fun. I'm using sword atma to try and make a sword team in dark. I'm thinking of going as far as to make Ascalon, the Swordmaster class weapon.
Speaking of that, they greatly reduces // reduced some pain for the tier 4 unlock by reducing the weapon stones on your first/next class weapon from 768 to 200. That's way easier to accomplish
They could fix the game by having high drop rates on the basic weapons that you need to build a grid. Then even if you only get into the placement that gives you a chance to get a weapon through luck, you don't have to deal with a 0.5% chance or whatever of getting that weapon. The chance should be at least 50% for the weapons you can barely play without.
Damage racing wouldn't be a problem if everyone could do it.
I feel if they were that high it would encourage a massive power creep in terms of adding new weapons to grind for in their stead. But higher rates would be nice.
I would like a newer pvp than guild wars which is just "who can grind the most autistically"
I don't know how long they had it but in some story events players are given a buff based on how long their rank is so they can participate a little easier.
TalesofNukes !5cY5Lovers
that doesn't really solve the problem of drop rates though, I'm just mentioning it.
I think I may train up my Sophia soon. She is supposedly very good for baiting horse Lyn. I may just do Female Robin instead though, since she can bait both Lyn and Reinhardt.
She can be made anti-colorless. She isn't naturally anti-colorless. raven comes from Henry.
My Sophia has every breaker she can learn and I just switch through them depending on the situation.

I don't think speed matters for QR. You automatically make the followup if you are above a certain HP level. That's why it's good for Hector, he has it built into his weapon.
>>303230 Like for putting in my defense team? No. I use tricky units for defense that are likely to cause people problems. Dancers and vantage stuff mostly.
The PA banner is making me crazy. So far I've been getting off-banner units. I got -atk +def Hector and another Amelia with IVs worse than the one I have already.
I know you guys have had problems with Lyn, but those problems have never been mine. Eldigan, Brave Ike, and Matthew have always been very good at keeping her quiet.
I wouldn't say I have problems with her. If I had a dedicated team, I wouldn't have any problems whatsoever.
I like to do all kinds of different teams, and Lyn is dangerous to most teams. I could easily put together a team with no weaknesses, but I like to do interesting teams and I never stick with one team for more than a week or two.
Arena assault gives me a good bit of diversity in the teams it matches me against.
In normal arena, every team is just meta units, and horse lyn is in most of them. The CYL banner really decreased the number of different units you see by quite a bit.
Because they made the mistake of making strong metabusters! that you can't move the metabusting part from. Incidentally those are the least interesting parts of those characters.

1) ontology is a cool word 2) red eyes are cool. I like my green eyes and think that it's the best natural color, but red eyes are really cool. They look great with blonde and black hair.
Continuing on metaphysics it is just amusing , since it was just "book written after book on physics" basically just a philosophy book of aristoteles', but later scholars thought it ment "book about things beyond physics" and thus metaphysics came to mean that but it literally was that after physics

The conversation with the duty officer was still fucking amusing >hey priest, have you turned into satan worshipping? >uhh, no why? >go take a look at the mirror >30 secs later >WHAT THE FUCK
>>303331 No. While eyes aren't as simple as dominant/recessive like you'd seen in flies, that sort of thing does play a role. Strange colored eyes are harder to inherit because the genes that make them up are recessive compared to the genes for brown eyes. So being closely related to people with brown eyes means you will probably have brown eyes.
There is some leeway though, so someone like Fish's dad probably has genes for different colored eyes mixed in with him and that's why he was able to produce a child with green eyes.

>>303342 based on older misinformed knowledge about genetics basically two brown eyes can have a blue/green eyed kid the "recessive" genes can just chance and pop up again like tht
basically quite similiar how inherited genetical diseases work not every person in the family gets them, but every once in a while bam it pops up again
It wasn't even 100 years ago or so, when the top genetists believed that blue eyed people would be extinct by now
I saw a girl with an interesting eye the other day.

i mean brown + blue can have green even with old school genetics dad's grandfather = Br/Br // er dads father* dad's mother = Bl/Bl offspring pulls Br/Bl no matter what and is Br Mom's dad G/Bl Mom's mom Bl/Bl mom is G/Bl Bl/Bl, Bl/Bl Bl/Bl then the offspring of mom can have Br/Bl versus any four of mom's options and wind up G/Bl and have green eyes
and that's the really old school genetics that that botanist found out in the 1700s
>>303352 Yeah, but eyes are more complex. Two brown eyed parents can have a blue eyed kid.
In my case, my dad had blue eyes and my mom has brown eyes and my eyes are green. I don't know what color my brothers are. I think my otouto is blue eyed.
I have no idea how the thing works nowadays, but the basic shtick is that there is not really a "blue gene" or "brown gene" etc but lots of shit that end up determining it
Speaking of eyes, I had a teacher in middle school with heterochromia didn't even notice it untill like last week of school in 9th grade only time I had a face to face conversation so close, that i noticed both of his eyes were 2 coloured
moon
>>303354 Br/Bl x Br/Bl, even by the old method, has 25% chance of pulling Bl/Bl yeah it's not just simple dominant recessive but even that would still explain Br x Br parents having blue eyes

TN !PcAPtAiNJo
most likely especially with europeans and european descendant americans you can end up with wild hair and eye colours that don't match the parents, because of sudden ancestral genes popping up
>>303357 Well, that is true. Eyes are complex but black and asian parents are usually full of brown eye genes and can't produce blue eyed people unless something else is going on there.
the teach had a hmm I guess 1/3rd of his eye being a different shade not something you'd notice normally from afar, but upclose it was clear it wasn't the same brown the rest was i think it was somekind of greenishbrown slice but it has been forever since then so I don't remember proper

Oh yeah, it's incredibly lame. I don't really think it's a simulation. It makes more sense than this being a sitcom with me as the main character, though.
>>303509 All fiction is actually real and it is reflected by minds of the perceptive that then make a version of it in their respective worlds just alternate realities leaking through as fictive stories
i think you guys misunderstand that problem it's not about whether reality is a simulation the significance and point of that perspective is understanding how rudimentary our concept of a simulation is and the speculation is that true simulation is in itself identical to the realization of something that a simulation is the genuine thing you're looking at it backwards to think it's making a statement about our reality being in the realm of simulation
>>303513 I think you're misunderstanding something, too. You're making assumptions about what other people think again, based on how most people seem to look at it.
The people who think the world is a simulation are close but their thinking is way too rudimentary. They are peasants. The truth is that nothing exists!

what's fake about a simulation
Kirara
the people that talk about the world being a simulation are operating under the premise that "none of this is real because it is simulated" yes, simulations are real. that's not relevant to how most people view the theory
And more over if we live in a simulation that you can't tell the difference between genuine and not or we are programmed so we can't ever prove it one way or another what is the point then thinking about it? the simulation is then our universe and that is that
also since you can't prove it in anyway, it is just a belief a belief that can't be proven in anyway is usually considered a religious belief...
>>303524 According to the context that I understand from this conversation, the perception of other people is an important part of what we're discussing.

Since you make it so that minds can just pop up but still require an illusion of physical universe around it and they can exist as is, but still require this illusion of being physical to keep going it is about as silly as saying that we are all just brains hooked up to matrix

>>303586 huh? You can still sin. Sin is though. thought
Even if you assume there is a physical world, there are plenty of ways to sin without even doing aynthing. You can sin in your own head just by lusting after somebody.
>>303591 He still became human just like everybody else and died for our sins.
>>303588 Sure but the physical part may not really be that physical!
>>303598 People think that the expansion of the universe is the big bang But really it's just the anime girl getting older And then the eventual entropy and contraction is becoming a grandma
Reminds me of plato's "dualism" how the real world is jsut reflections of the perfect idea world but that actually makes him a single reality believer it isn't dualism, it is just that the re is the perfect world of ideas and the reflections that form the world that we think is real
>>303604 don't worry i think what yuu're saying is perfectly clear i think they're just getting hung up on the words just like they're hung up on the illusion break through girl i believe in you
Well it isn't really that we don't understand, we just hink it is silly and how you don't really even try to explain why it is so and yet base it on "occam's razor" when it just complicates things
For example why is the illusion world made to be 14 billion years old but humans, the experiencers of it have been around as we are just 50k years or so
>>303626 i never did i was just being silly at the time driving to vegas through texas is the longest fuckin route possible
TN !PcAPtAiNJo
what kind of route would it even be?
moon
>>303631 route 66 south from missouri towards texas, new mexico, arizona, then going up into nevada it'd involve winding back an extra couple hundred miles after taking a rounded path when i could drive almost straight
>>303636 also has the biggest gdp and biggest budget in the world anyhow... but then again state and county and so on level is the real key to local development not the government level
moon
>>303638 local development would be garbage without the connectivity of the interstate highway system, which only exists through defense budget spending as a means of transporting to various missile bases effectively and swiftly
btw do less well off states and regions get money from the central government in USA?

>>303640 federal funding for programs tends to favor large cities, but it depends on the funding some things benefit rural areas heavily because of the need for rural agriculture to sustain into a new generation
There is amusing clash here between the capital regioners and the rest of the country, since you know 1/5th of our population is centered around here and most likely 1/3rd of our economy at the very least so the tax money taken from here gets funneled to the smaller rural states Makes some idiots go "why should we fund them" and that of course already makes the rural communities more pissed off about the "lords of the capital"
I wonder how it would be to live in a similiar population size but a lot smaller in area coutnry like denmark or belgium Full of people, thightly packed and practically everywhere settled and in no way capable of feeding the people on just domestical agricultural products

>>303647 well that's what the eu is for should anything happen you all have each other for imports
TN !PcAPtAiNJo
>>303649 that is what trade is for EU afterall was just a trade organisation originally I just wondered in terms of thinking crisis times I maen if shit hits the fan and say trade dies we finns can survive on our own without that many discomforts but then you have the smaller countries that are too interwoven through trade and dependency on their neighbours, that would just collapse.
yootuuub if you gonna make me watch ads, make your ads seekable I wanna see what it is about in 10 secs or so and then go to video not see the whole 1:30s add ffs
something goes amiss, they fix it >>303668 kinda dead job, but there are few posts even here still you kinda need to be a good mechanic to become one, though
Tiki vs Corrin is a lot more calm than it was vs Sophia. I guess that's because they are more evenly matched. It's much more rare to see the modifier up.
>>303755 Hrrm Well, make sure to stretch them before and after work tomorrow Probably won't help with the popping, but it shoupd help prevent other issues
>>303763 haha I'm not going to win any awards for using interesting units here.
I used Horse Lyn Lucina Spear Lucina Olivia
I tried a few different teams, which were more interesting than this one, but the units in infernal are so beefy. I basically just had to buff horse Lyn until she was actual ly able to kill them. None of my other archers were even coming close.
A potent foot soldier archer would probably be better because there were trees in te way the whole time.
You may have some better options. My other archers are Faye, Jorge, and Clarisse. Faye is -atk and not a strong attacker in the first place, and the other two just didn't have enough attack to really bring the flyers down.
I'm sure there's also some non-archer ways to deal with them.
