She's a lot like me in a lot of ways. Her organizational style is generally only comprehensible to her and she has trouble asking people for help. She wants to do as much as she can alone.
I think she might not be able to understand more standard organizational styles, though, or maybe she doesn't care to. I guess I'll have to rein everything in so her research team can actually work efficiently.
Yeah. I think it's going to be a lot more work than I expected, though, haha. She's more or less given me permission to change anything I want in terms of the organization, though, and I get to re-write all of the training material so that undergraduate students don't get confused. Last year, she had to throw out an entire semester's worth of data collection because she /// data input because she was too soft on her undergraduate team members and didn't monitor them enough to realize they didn't understand the training materials. She's very intelligent - she's just one of those people that go at their own pace and expect others to keep up.

I can kind of relate to that. Not that I go particularly fast but I can some times slide into a frame of reference which is a bit self-absorbed. It's a little frustrating to have to translate out of that to deal with other people when needed.
Yeah, I can be like that, too. I'm good at moving out of that state when I'm working with other people, though. If I need other people to keep up with me in order for me to be successful, I try hard to make sure everything is as simple as possible for everyone.
I think she's bad at that part. I'm going to simplify everything as much as possible for the undergrads so that they can't possibly make mistakes on most things.
For example, students were having trouble classifying a certain type of response before now. They had guidelines for each response code, and then there was a code called "other" which is "anything that isn't given an explicit code" Well, that's perfectly fine for some that has a complete and full understanding of what each of the other codes are, but we // she was already aware that students weren't always completely accurate with that part. So having "other" made things overly complicated for those people because it turns into a category you can throw anything you have doubts about and feel justified about it. She saw that it was a problem but it never occurred to her that she could break down the "other" category to make it easier to understand.

Also, she primarily uses Apple devices, but all of the research stuff is divided between an online Microsoft One Note cloud and a Google Drive cloud.

A professor I had back when I was doing math used One Note for his lectures. He'd just scroll down when he needed more space to write out more equations and diagrams. Seemed pretty convenient really.
I think using Google Drive and One Note together is really inefficient, though. Google Drive is good for collaborative things, but this isn't particularly collaborative. Google Drive doesn't benefit the project at all.

I use Google Drive (specifically Docs, really) for pretty much any long form typing I do. Since I've got the Chromebook and Docs is the most accessible and free typing app on it. Typing on chiclet keyboards like you find on laptops is the most comfortable typing for me so I prefer to do it on laptops if I'm stuck at it for a long time.
I do most of my notes in Google Drive or Google Keep just because it's so easy, but Google Drive is just terrible to use as a cloud for sharing files.

It's kind of funny that Stan Lee basically wrote Tony Stark into The Reflection. There's a character that's an alcoholic who uses a big robot suit and is a megalomaniac.
He's a little different, at least. Tony Stark thought he was doing the right thing and this guy is a one-hit wonder attention whore that's fighting bad guys while blasting his one-hit wonder song in order to get attention and make money.
I watched episodes 1-3 a while ago and I'm watching 4 right now. It's interesting, but the animation style is unique for the sake of being unique. The art style just looks like a flash cartoon, more or less. It lends itself to the show on very rare occasions, but it mostly just looks cheap.
Some of the powers in the show are kind of stupid, too. There's a crippled girl whose power is that her wheelchair magically turns into a large, children's toy-like robot that seems to project energy to do things like fly. It looks really dumb and not in a fun, dorky way.
Some of the character motivations so far are a little weird, too.
I wouldn't say it's worth watching as of now. I feel a little bad watching it because I feel like I could be spending my time on something more entertaining.

I would say there's no formal sectioning. They --Well when it comes to ratings. There is some organization for series. Like, Tiger and Bunny is still ridiculously popular with the fujos over there, and on the fujo day there were like three or four neighbouring half-aisles for the series. There was similar partitioning for Pokemon, Kekkai Sensen. They even try to lump like series together when the actual circles producing for those series are too few to have their own identity. The series that come out of the Kirara magazine publications all get packed together. Gochuumon, New Game, Hidamari Sketch, Kiniro Mosaic, etc.

She also has 51 attack with swift sparrow. Her defense is trash at 18, but she has 28 res.
I think some kind of bowbreaker archer or ninja may be necessary to deal with Lyn. Although I'm thinking about a colorless killer Elise.

i suggest we do a quick walkthough // walkthrough of the whole garden asap during a down event and then we'll check out where we want to go from there, which events, and we can eye out the scenery and what the places are like so that we can look at what events are going on where on the 3rd and plan for what we wanna film and when
and take day one a little easier and just scouting, maybe take some test footage but it's possible it will be raining anyway so that might not be important

Anyway the moral of the story is that the untouchables is a good movie and Sean Connery and Kevin Costner are both at their best. I don't recommend a lot of movies but I recommend that one.

the movie recommendations for some reason made me think of that slumdog millionaire movie and, being me, i had to do a google search for "cumdog millionaire" and sure enough there is a published movie under that name
I remember a movie that might have had brad pitt in it or one of his lookalikes and also might have had morgan freeman in it

I used to arrive at school pretty early because it was a private school and we didn't have buses so my dad dropped me off on the way to work. And there was a table I sat at because I was one of the first there And there was a phone on this table and this phone had a little tray that pulled out on the bottom with a place on it to write contacts and I am the kind of person who fidgets and messes with stuff so I pulled this little tray out one day and drawn on it was a very detailed drawing of a pentagram with a goat's head in the middle needless to say I never sat at that table again this was my freshman year
