the laptop works at least it's not a strong machine, but it's running half life now opposing force just crashes to desktop when it tries loading the fucking game, and I can't figure out why it's doing that, but between hl and blueshift, there's plenty of game there until I get around to fixing it
gotta get ssh set p on the damn thing, too, so I can tinker with it while it's in use forgot how to scp so I wasn't able to grab my configs
love too have a vertical line of function keys at the far left of the keyboard so my touch typing is FUCKED and I keep typing bullshit like auso pXMn I will commit a crime if I find the one responsible for this heinous crime against comfort and common standards
