Being revolutionary is always popular with young people of every generation. The way to keep them in line is to look revolutionary and slowly teach them to be reactionary. It's not something reactionaries do consciously, it's just the way things are.
We can see this in a less subtle way in the way corporations start trying to attract young people using memes these days.
Yeah I don't think the center really does much at all consciously, politically The extremes in any direction takes very conscious decisions to reach a specified goal, but the center is kinda... without one
Another thing is that people naturally become less revolutionary as they grow up and the system beats them into submission (e.g. most people don't commit crime after age 30) So when young people grow up with rebel tendencies and aesthetics, they lose the tendencies but bring the aesthetics with them into reactionary movements. It's all very natural. Church of Satan is like that, too.
The Church of Satan was founded by someone in their 30s after all.
Id imagine that the lessons are a bit more tailored for younger groups, its been a long time since i was in a youth one, but this sunday school group just goes over the relevant bits of scripture for this week's session
