it's actually probably three hours-ish on the upper end there are 24 side quests but they're really intuitive and not really a large departure from the story other than that kind of "oh shit i'll lose it if i miss the opportunity" feeling 3 or 4 hours should get you through the whole thing

My cat has a bit of a limp to her, but I'm not sure why. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable visible injury and a gentle pad down of most of her body doesn't bring about any complaint. Two finger scroll is really nice, but right-click menus with a mouse are still way more intuitive for me, but I've been using a mouse for the vast part of my PC-going life.
I've been using a Chromebook a bit lately for typing since prolonged continuous typing is still the most comfortable for me on a chiclet keyboard. And I generally avoid using the trackpad when I can, sticking to key macros and analog menu navigation.

I dunno, maybe from within and after continued use, commands like that feel natural and easy. But from outside the whole affair, it feels really elaborate to me.
I also have a lot of accuracy issues with trackpads, like when I need to draw a shape to get a block of text highlighted, for example. Setting up a block like that often takes one or two tries to get the right shape. Where as the mouse can get it done in one go and my left hand is already primed for whatever keyboard macro I probably need with it.
I figured out it's my cat's back-right leg that's making her limp. Still doesn't look like a surface injury though, but I do think it's swollen or otherwise clumped. Hopefully she doesn't try to get into any fights for a while.
If she doesn't stop limping soon, you should take her to get checked.
You kind of have to keep an eye out for cancer with older cats. It can cause problems like limping.

It's hard at all to tell how old she is since I'm pretty sure we got the wrong adoption papers for her at the store. The adoption papers we had listed her as male but at the first vet check-up years later, the vet brought up that he was actually a she.

My cat started limping one day and we took her to the doctor and he said it was not something to be worried about. But it turned out to be cancer and we didn't catch it fast enough.

Yeah I'll keep it in mind. Vet's out of the question for a while anyway, since my parents are out of the city visiting my sister. And I don't exactly want to walk all the way to a vet carrying a cat carrier.
One of the simple truths of living where I do is that there's a lot of wild animals that come out of the valley, and they're some times bigger bites than the outdoor cats can chew--though the cat doesn't always know that before it's too late. I'm pretty sure my other cat that disappeared a couple summers back fell victim to that.
It's always my fucking backyard that the raccoons choose to have their mother of all howling spats in. Wild animals are really, really annoying.

i've basically never had a wage job, let alone minimum wage i did 2 weeks at a restaurant in colorado when i was 15 but that was a family friend and it was more like a 2 week vacation with me helping out, so that doesn't count everything else i've done has been entrepreneurial or winnings/gambling earnings
>>201457 from the time i was 17 to 20, i made about 700 dollars a month on average from gambling some months would be like 2500 and some months would be a net loss if you actually look at the time invested it's probably like half of what minimum wage is but i kind of really love gambling so gambling for 70 hours a week wasn't nearly as disappointing as working 70 hours it's bad for the heart though holy crap
It is quite pretty at the moment. The field of *fields of grain are bright yellow. And shine golden in the sun. It is very pretty.
