I've started charging my phone recently off my PC, so I can't reach it from in my bed.
Anno
I lost the cable that easily charges my phone from my PC, so I can't do that.
And either way I use my phone as an alarm so I need it nearby.
TN !PcAPtAiNJo
hmm aren't most chargers just a wall socket converter and a separate cable anyhow?
Anno
Yeah, but the cable that plugs into my converter is USB-C to USB-C cable.
Technically, I could plug that into my PC, but the single USB-C port on my PC is a part of my motherboard, and having to take that cable in and out and in and out regularly would be a pain.
It's not useless though? I mean it's a little inconvenient, but the phone came with two cables in the first place. That one, and one USB to USB-C cable. I just happened to lose the USB cable, so the frustration in incompatibility here is entire on me.
TN !PcAPtAiNJo
you can only charge with it and only on certain kinds of converters
So not useless but compared to a regular phone-end to usb cable its uses are waaay limited
Anno
Well I can do more than charge with it, since my motherboard has a USB-C port. If I wasn't particular about keeping my tower so far in the corner, using it as a transfer cable would be easier.
Also I wasn't expecting this but the Nintendo Switch charges through USB-C too, and that device only comes with one cable that doesn't really work well when ported about. So when I'm travelling, it's nice to have a cable that works for both devices.

What if that was the first thing Chris Christie did when he arrived at that beach he closed off for himself.
It's the beach. Not a church. You show up. You're in your trunks. You might not have a shirt on. You've got cases of beer, or food, or an umbrella in your hand as you come out of the van. Your whole squad is with you. The acoustics at the beach are such that people who aren't that close to you, probably wouldn't hear you shouting anyway. I am 100% certain that it would be fine to shout the moment you stepped foot out of your vehicle. Let alone when you actually reach the sand.
>>199647 What you're asking me is whether or not it would come to mind. The answer is no. But now that you've put the idea in my head, I don't think I'd have any reservations about it.

>>200190 Don't push the blame somewhere else! It's your fault that you have a good enough life!
>>200193 On the flip side, I'm not particularly the shining model of healthiness but I'm still within the acceptable range for body fitness. Which is what I mean by you don't even have to be exemplary to get points in Physical you just need to be normal.

if anyone has countering opinions i'd genuinely like to hear it. i wouldn't be offended i'd want to know

I consider myself a nice enough person so I gave myself the point.
The only real mental issues I've got are depression and motivational issues. Which don't really get represented in that chart fairly for how much they can fuck up your life.
>>200221 sometimes i think of emailing my client (boss) and saying that i've got ptsd and it fucks up my work imo it feels like some sort of copout, like wtf does that matter it's just making excuses for being lazy but i don't think that way about other people doing the same thing
>>200223 >>200223 shit dude me too my professor will be like "what happened" and it's like well i went to do it but i was sort of having ptsd-related emotional dysregulation and wasn't able to motivate myself to do the assignment properly but it feels like it's just a copout
>>200227 Wait, do you have an unspecified mood disorder?
>>200231 Wow, you got higher than me and Rook and you probably didn't even lose points for sex drugs and rock n roll
Anno
>>200232 It might be tempting to refresh yourself with a cold, air-conditioned location after a day of hot and sweaty working, but it's actually dangerous to the health to jump into a sufficiently cold location with a high body temperature. Not that I have any idea of if the temperature you keep the car at is sufficient, but ideally air-conditioned should probably only keep something within five or so degrees of the outside environment if you plan to leave and enter it quickly.
>>200225 people see me drink or see me hungover in the middle of the day and failing on work and they don't understand that the alcohol's not even the problem i even delude myself into that mindset sometimes but it's just how awful everything is i guess everyone feels like they've got it awful

>>200255 I suppose that is true! But it doesn't feel like your up there in normieness.
Anno
>>200253 I mean I got pretty much fuck-all from social and accomplishments. But I'm a relatively healthy and the mental issues I do have aren't particularly well-represented on that chart. Like even if you clear the bare minimums for being physically healthy, you get a lot of points on that chart.
I mean I haven't had a single romantic relationship or anything past that so I didn't get any of the big points from Social. And my biggest claim to accomplishment is graduating high school.

>>200262 that question is always weird to me "do you think you're attractive?" bitch I don't know, I don't want to fuck myself
I just went with Kirara saying I was handsome and figured yeah I guess this works.
Anno
I don't consider myself particularly handsome. If they'd outright asked if I wasn't ugly I would have taken the points because fuck you, I'm not that bad.

>>200321 You don't have a healthy view of the opposite sex? Or am I just misunderstanding what they are saying here. I figured they mean if you don't assume hugely offensive or demeaning things about the opposite sex, you have a healthy view of them. You still don't have to want them.
Healthy view of women as in "They aren't all whores and bitches and sluts out to drain you of your bodily fluids and finances." uh.. Healthy view of men as in "....[same as above]

>>200330 i think it means in regards to your own mental health e.g. does the thought of the opposite sex drive you into an angry frenzy if so, it's probably poor rationalization about how you've been treated

What about texting? Doesn't your mother or other family text you to get in contact?
Hm, all right. I fought against a lot more fellow ice cream teams than I actually did against cake teams. That wasn't exactly what i was expecting to go down.
The Splatfest is divided into three categories, popularity, solo games, and squad games. So even if ice cream wins popularity they still need to out-play cake in actual gameplay.
i remember posting on here to kannagi that i was outside her door with a laptop at the time that a pizza deliveryman came to deliver a pizza boy that was a hoot that knock, kannagi was so spook
Anno
The Japanese play-demo Splatfest was Pop vs. Rock. In all three categories, it pretty much came down to a two or three percent difference in the victories. But Rock still squeezed through with a 2-1 victory.
>>200369 i said i would call your sister first and for some reason that didn't surprise you even when i got to your mom you only sounded a little bit uncomfortable but mostly relieved your mom can be pretty nice at times by the way not always, but in a sense she's kind of nice i can tell she cares
Anno
Rock won the popular vote at 52%, lost the individual win rate at 48%, and won the team win rate at 51%. I wonder how close Ice Cream vs. Cake will be.
