Well let's think about what we've observed so far.

She didn't immediately know that we did anything. She was fine when we walked out of the office.
She slowly realized that we did something, and then got mad.
Which makes me think the system knows that something is wrong because the secretary perceived that something was wrong.
So all I should really have to do is make her think that everything is fine and everything should be fine.

So are you expecting to influence the system by influencing her?

Yes, I am feeding her data so that she'll give the all clear.

You can influence her, but you can't influence the system through her.
The others will still know something is wrong.

The reason she knows something is wrong because the Architect was a symbolic representation of everyone in the city, like an avatar for them.
So everyone in the city was connected to that avatar.

The park is probably where they're all swarming. Even if we may have calmed the storm I'm not sure if jumping into the heart of it is the best idea.
We're closest to the courthouse and museum right now though.

It depends on the magnitude of hall/ball measurements.
The empty spaces in the corners of the hallway aren't necessarily large enough to fit human bodies in unless the hallway is sufficiently large.
