This also feels like a pretty unwinnable mission for them They were told to protect this village from destruction, and the MC might be right that it's a more abstract interpretation like keeping enough of the villagers alive But on the chance that they can't let the actual village fall, then it seems impossible
Looks like the MC was correct about it being a n abstract option Although this also means they're out in the open with a bunch of peasants to protect, and a handful of them don't think very highly of the others

I get its her first story arc so it helps to give her characterization and focus But the MC and Glen have been really hitting it off this mission

I'm having a hard time finding something which brings up a larger list of new year's dream auspices But any kind of mushroom doesn't rank in the top six so I suspect they're not particularly auspicious And knowing Uramichi, probably actually bad luck
I've had a hard time getting into mushrooms I was a picky eater for a long time when I was younger so I didn't eat a whole lot But whenever I have mushrooms, at least the ones that go into more Euro-American dishes, I'm put off by the texture and taste Maybe dishes with shiitake would be better though

Side ponytails look really good with yukata I think it has something to do with how the neck of the yukata draws attention to the nape And then having the ponytail to the side helps keep it exposed too
A bit bittersweet, but for once, didn't end on a sour cliffhanger or moment of forboding, hah hah The entire episode kinda works very sweetly as a standalone story too
I can get Bakarina All sorts of dumb trinkets catch my attention and I get a bit magpie-brain at times Reminding myself I don't need most things I see is pretty routine

They still haven't found Keith Everyone except Bakarina (and maybe Maria) know he was kidnapped instead of ran away from home This bear is fairly sentient and it and Bakarina have it out for each other That's about what you missed
Considering you have to murder someone to be even able to use dark magic, it's probably hard for anyone good to be using it Also means villains are more likely to have it on hand Although noble society seems to be deliberately suppressing information about it But well, suppressing information about a magic yo u can only use after killing someone doesn't seem all too irresponsible
