The latter of which I think is about a layabout wastrel in a fantasy world who doesn't want to work and tries his best to weasel out of it, I think

D_Cide's a 3D CGI show, which is why I've shifted it to "I'll keep an eye on chatter to see if it's interesting but not put it on the list"
It's a mixed media show to promote a cardgame I think, which doesn't provide me particularly promise

It's a manga written by the author of Maiddragon but with a different character artist that reimagines the Momotaro myth
I don't really know about it, the content I've seen is kind of so-so and the character designs, lacking Coolkyousinnjya's style, are somewhat bland
And I think the series is being aired out of order for some reason I can't quite fathom?
I dunno, if we run low on things to watch it might be worth picking up
But there's already a lot to watch

Labyrinth isekai have been getting a bit popular lately
I know of a few fairly popular series that revolve around a labyrinth for the mystery and worldbuilding of the series

I expected more of a business setting from black company.
I guess this is still technically a black company.

Yeah, it's not just corporate which treats employees as disposable labour

I feel like that's pretty basic for low level jobs in general
the bad treatment

Even if it's not outright bad treatment, it's pretty often to make it clear that you're nothing special
Which, I dunno, sure people shouldn't be treated special, but treating them as indifferent cogs isn't any better

I think it's a nice and responsible thing to teach who you think is your successor important things they don't yet know

I mean if you're looking to hire adult employees, and they don't already know how to read and write
And the job you have for them is being involved in the bureacracy,
I think reading/writing ability is critical, and teaching an adult those skills is a lot of work
It's far more efficient to pull from the people who already know

No, no, I think there are definitely some skeletons in people's closets that are best kept as indicators of them being unsuitable for important work

I think if you have enough skeletons, it might be indicative that you're a good skeleton catcher though

This is one of those series where I wonder how they're gonna keep the plot rolling
Everything more or less got resolved with the first season
I know the light novels go on for a good while so obviously there's something
But as far as the original premise goes, it was fixed with how they wrapped the first season

Aside maybe from one of the guys or girls of the cast winning the Bakarina bowl

That's a nice dress for Bakarina though
There's some good nobility fashion to this series

Yeah when they talked about an evil stepsister bullying her younger stepsister, I expected it would be Cinderella-poi

Why did they borrow Bakarina's farmer outfit for that scene
Oh there goes her cue card

Being on stage is scary

It's been a long time since I had the chance for anything like it
I used to do yearly piano recitals but the last one would've been when I was like thirteen or fourteen at most I think

Well this is just getting worse

The actual Catarina from the game is definitely the atypical evil stepsister character type
Just without any stepsiblings to torment

Sophia really rooting hard to ship her brother with Bakarina
And if this character is wearing a mask they don't really have to worry about her brother being completely emotionless

funny how fate has her always playing villain

She did a pretty good job of counteracting the villain pitfalls in season one
Though because of how dense she was she never saw it that way

Now it's come -become a real mess
The boys of her harem -- and Mary, I guess, do tend to fight over her a lot

They did kind of salvage it though, thanks to her
Though if they had never had to tap her in in the first place it wouldn't have gotten out of hand

Well they are a bunch of fairly high-class nobility
Getting abducted and being held for ransom or political plotting is basically a noble's side gig
