Sorry took me a moment to make sure that was all in order

I wonder if Joe is going to seriously get back in the ring or if he's going to train someone like Yuri is
Anno
They've really been dangling that over us, yeah Every time it seems like Joe is ready to sit down and be the coach, something comes up and he ends up in the ring
Anno
The fact that it has been five whole years since the first season, in universe And the fact that they've taken the time skip serious Does mean it always takes a moment to go "oh this is someone we've seen before"
But on the other hand this just looks like it's Yuri's protoge with his hair down
Anno
Mac Time feels like the kind of thing that could be a reference to Punch Out!, but I don't know enough about those games to knwo -know for sure
Well he got the okay/advice from Yuri to do so The gear might be nice for the spectacle of the arena, but I think for sparring like this, going gearless is best
Anno
That said I feel like for a sparring match, they could've at least kept the face helmets on No need to get unnecessary face cuts and bruises
Anno
Santa's really grown up handsomely too though He was a frizz-haired bucktooth kid And now he's looking pretty decent
Not at all. The fact that his body froze up from it makes me wonder if the cybernetic stuff they put on him is partially causing it It might be a cross between all the concussive damage from boxing and the fact that he's got experimental tech helping him move
Anno
Looks like Yukiko's onii-sama came to that conclusion on his own If I remember correctly he was one of the opponents Joe fought on his way to the championship in season one Testing his own gear designs by using them in the ring
Mac time seems like it's kinda walking the line on being cheating though
Anno
I guess? I mean in a sport where everyone uses gear that amplifies your reflexes and strength, I think the line blurs on where cheating begins and ends And Mac literally would not be able to move without the thing that is enabling his Mac Time. So unlike other boxes where the adrenaline overrides their other instincts, he can't even get into "the zone" Which I kinda think makes an argument for it being an equalizer for him rather than him cheating But I dunno where I settle on the matter though.
I think there's a question of how aware he is during mac time
boku no hero 96 okay lets start
Anno
If it's the same state as he was when he went weird when playing with his kid, then not at all, according to his wife. Which I think is why at the end of the episode he was re-watching his match with Liu As a kind of "Oh this is what I was doing while I was totally blacked out"
Anno
Ten minutes is a pretty extensive amount of time for him to be able to use his new speed mode though Normally when shounen characters unveil these new modes it's for like a minute or five minutes or stuff like that Ten minutes is a fair amount of time to work
Anno
The steel guy is probably their best bet at beating Todoroki
It's Bakugou, so it's really a volatile situation He's hyper-competent in like all his basic stats, but he's also a total idiot often when it comes to nuance The kind of person that would win in a straightforward fight but will lose because he forgets about an important technicality or two
I think Bakugo will win that way it's 1-1 for Deku's match
back arrow
oh I guess class A did win one
okay lets start
Anno
Well it's 1-1 right now Plus a draw
Anno
I can't remember how many rounds there're going to be But with the draw in place I suspect they might make it a final score of an even count So neither class wins
Yeah I can't believe they'd kill Shu off so cheaply
Anno
The fact that they don't translate the titles for this show kind of annoys me Not that titles are a big make or break But it's like a single line that all follow the same phrasing pattern of "Can X really Y"
Because she's the servant of Rudolf, I figure She probably has some of the same weird super power he's got
Anno
Oh she's falling into the same kind of self-pity and vainity-worthlessness that her grandfather does Acting like because you're country bumpkins you're just nobodies
I'm certain that they'll bring Shu back and probably soon
Anno
I wonder Judging from his reaction, getting dusted by Arrow was a total mistake on his part So it's not like he's just playing out some big keikaku of his If he's gonna come back it's gonna have to be some new plot
Good chance of it, unless the rest of the gang show up to save it Rudolf is too much of a titan to be beaten, even just slightly chased off, just by her
Anno
Or well, Arrow, I guess I didn't really expect him to show up considering how frantic he's been lately
He got back in the robot they tried so hard ot get him out of
Anno
For the most part it's seemed like it's out of his control Plus even if he's scared about going berserk he's totally the kind of person who can't back down from a rescue, even if it's bait
This enemy commander is kind of like an evil Diablo He's got a whole harem of OP girls fighting for him too Though I guess only some of the girls in Diablo's harem are OP
Anno
He really only has that one-bit battle cry of "I am the demon lord from another world"
I wonder how many demon lords there are in this world Diablo's obviously an exception But there's the loli who got born at the end of the first season But it kinda sounds like this commander guy was either following or trying to summon an entirely different one
