There are a few things I've excluded from the list
Bang's going to be out of town for a few days and since there's so much to watch anyway I let him pick eight or nine shows that we'd save over for his return
So for simplicity's sake I've not put them in there so they don't get picked by accident
If you really want to watch something that's not on the list then we can, but I think there's so much to watch, and we can more or less get to all the ones he'd watch on the days he's back anyway.

Oh there should also be an episode of Hero Academia on the list
That one just got missed by accident

He's been making a lot of trouble and has kind of always slinked away afterwards.

well he had a lot of scars even at the start of season one.

Yeah Chief seems kind of riled up this fight
Oh and the arena staff are playing dirty alongside the other boxer

I think he hit him with the back of his fist
Like hold his arm straight and use the momentumn -momentum of his waist to slam his punch into his head

These however are pure punches straight to the back of his head
Which I'm pretty sure are entirely illegal moves in boxing
Because of how absolutely damaging they are to the boxer receving them

I wonder if Joe is really going to move on and leave this guy behind.

Even from the start of this arc, I had a pretty strong feeling Chief wasn't gonna survive his time in the series
A lot of hints in the OP and a bit in the ED indicate Joe was going to adopt that hummingbird logo that Chief had
Probably he'll keep fighting as Nomad and not return as Gearless Joe
And that implied to me Chief wouldn't carry the logo forever

But I also thought there was a solid chance he'd just be too beat up from these fights and have to retire, handing it down to Joe personally.

Out of all the things we generally have a hard time getting to with all the shows we watch with Bang, Nomad and Fruits Basket are what I'm most remiss to have to delay

yeah megalo box is one i want to watch asap

That guy with the goofy head can talk to all animals, which realistically is a pretty useful power
Since "talk" is more like compel, like it is with how that power is usually in use.
But he kinda gets put to the sidelines as an extremely side character

Shouldn't he be able to control the monkey man?

I mean arguably he should be able to control all people
But the beast guy I think is still fully sentient when he's in beast mode, he's just bigger and has better access to his primal instincts.

Most of them are strategizing and then there's Bakugou just being his usual tyrant self
And Ashido being a bit of a spaz

I wonder if her not recognizing the "in the same box" phrase is just her ojou upbringing and not being aware of colloquialisms
Or if that's just not a native Japanese phrase
The mangaka for this series is a hardcore westaboo and totally could've picked up on English colloquialisms like that

I guess the darkness guy on the other team can control darkness.

Yeah, probably something like that
He was slipping in and out of shadows earlier but I guess it's more flexible than that

Also it's neat to see the invisible girl have a bit more versatile
Judging from what she did, I think her Quirk is less "I'm invisible", and more she refracts light in a way that makes her invisible
Because she was able to refract light there to amplify it at his Dark Shadow

Maybe she'll gain the power to actually be visible if she gets better about it.

Maybe she doesn't want to be visible!

Hawks is a pretty neat character
He gets a lot of attention, and has both a somewhat ambivalent attitude, and some complex characterization

This shadows guy is clever
Deliberately trying to bait Tokoyami into thinking he wants a 1v1 fight

That's pretty cool

I wonder if they'll ever tie this back into Gridman
It doesn't feel like there's any space to, but from what I've seen, they do call it a "sequel" to Gridman

I think they will.

One thing that gets me about this that got me about gridman that they eventually explained in gridman is how they trash the city every episode but nobody cares and everything is fine the next episode.

I wonder what the red-haired girl's thing is
She's been a hang-along for a while but hasn't done anything herself

Dunno if he should just be handing that off to people, even fellow Dynazenon pilots
I feel it should be a bit more important than that

The way they popped back into place kinda seemed similar to its dimension-switching power

Episode 15 of this

It would be kind of funny if they just ditched the princess to deal with her revolting citizens back in her kingdom and headed for the wall
But they probably need to save her seat on the throne before anything else

The citizens are kinda dumb for turning on her after she saved them from rekka

I'm pretty sure they've been manipulated by that really fat guy
He was controlling the footage of the war they saw, and he turned it on just as she was going into berserk-mode, and cut the feed right as she was turning back to normal
So as far as they know, she's just a bloodthirsty, berserk nutcase who was even cutting down her own soldiers to recharge
They don't even know she was instrumental in turning back Rekka

Asking for the princess' head seems to have turned into a full-on revolution intent on removing the nobility

I don't really get what the fat guy gets out of this though

She's got limited use though, since her armband got snatched by her backstabbing attendants

She really cut right the meat of his problems

She probably just trashes the place and doesn't care about cleaning it

Yuki's vice president is still a great foil for Yuki though

More familial abuse and trauma

Yeah, it's really a recurring theme in the series
Just goes to show you don't need to be a rich family with a supernatural curse to be awful parents to your children
Though I guess Machi's family seems to also be really rich, so that still fits

This isn't maybe the best moment for it, but she's got a real cute fashion sense
We don't really see her casual wear because she's always at school when we see her.

Look at Yuki here turning on the charm

I really like when people do casual little things like that
Yuki didn't even miss a beat with the meeting to help her not freak out

ladders are dangerous

They're perfectly safe if you're not dumb around them!

The Yuki fan club were always kind of clowny
I guess with their head member graduating they'll be irrelevant though
Which is a good thing since he pretty much almost has a girlfriend

well this part of the episode is pretty comfy

Graduation ceremonies always get me feeling a bit nostalgic, or melancholic
A bit less here since everyone graduating are bit characters and the main cast, and even secondary cast, are still all at school
But still.

Hm, well I guess technically Kagura and the horse Souma are graduating
But they weren't at the school the main cast are
Their appearances are always extracurricular anyway.
