Eris is the kind of person who will find her own fun if you don't give it to her But her own kind of fun is often pretty dangerous So you're best giving her something good to put her energy towards

Good going you egotistic dumb fuck
Anonymous
he's gonna have to answer for that to mr super
Anonymous
Yeah for real Rudy's dumbass scheming made the Superd go back on his oath to protect kids
Anonymous
Demon boy's saving Rudy's ass here big time He doesn't really deserve it, but this kid's a good kid.
Well they do accept the risks when adventuring Rudy had no way to know what the outcome would be
Anonymous
it was definitely greedy to take a risk in a situation like that though but i think he's learned that
Anonymous
Plus it's one thing to accept the risks, and another to comprehend them These other adventurers are still kids I think the Superd is a bit of a coddler, but he's sensible
Anonymous
WHOA SUPERD SLASH
Anonymous
WHOA ERIS IS COOL
Anonymous
HOLY SHIT
Anonymous
Geez fuck Eris
Anonymous
what a way to end the season
Anonymous
pyrrhic victory
Anonymous
What a bland bully of a man ... horse ... horseman
Anonymous
he's gonna spend too much time thinking and ruijerd is gonna shishkebab this horse
Anonymous
That's ... a dangerous mentality to form Rudy
Anonymous
I guess Rujierd finally got tired of it all
Anonymous
god he's so cool
Anonymous
It's interesting how much they commit to the language stuff Even in situations where they don't really need to keep up the language, they don't drop it
Looks like they've got some people looking for them
Anonymous
well that was probably my favorite this season wonder egg still has a couple episodes with which to compete
now i really can't wait until summer dragonmaid 2 and mushoku 2 well actually i think it's a continuation of mushoku1
Anonymous
As a total fantasy nerd I loved it They didn't bother with most of the game-y and gimicky stuff of isekai and basically just wholly committed to the fantasy adventure aspect
>>928689 Well she's a spider not a person it feels like she's been a spider for a long time now
Anonymous
i'm still thinking about how the strongest human wizard was terrified at how he barely compared to kumoko at this point and then there's monsters down here that she's scared of
Anonymous
>>928691 It's reasons like that which makes me kinda think they might be teasing with the spider they're scared of being her Because she doesn't feel -that- scary yet
Anonymous
well the scene with the wizard was definitely her and now it's 15 years later but i feel like she's not a spider 15 years later she's probably humanoid right is she jashin?
Anonymous
she's not, right?
Anonymous
>>928693 I think there's a case to be made that it wasn't her fighting the wizard And all the stuff that made it seem like it was, was just the writing playing around with our expectations and linking unspecific aspects into patterns.
>>928694 I doubt she's the Jashin If anything, I suspect she's this white lady
Anonymous
If there's anything Fate and Monogatari Series has taught me, it's that an impostor/imitation can be just as real as the original
Anonymous
wow they're being kinda upfront about it
Anonymous
That's my point They're being -so- upfront about it that it feels like a red herring
Anonymous
wow she's just doing a genocide
Anonymous
Hornets are a shitty species anyway Worth genociding
Anonymous
See they're all a bunch of shitheads Nothing good comes from having hornets around
Anonymous
DIMENSIONAL MANUEVERING what the heckkk
Anonymous
Yeah wow she can airhop That's pretty OP
Anonymous
considering a large portion of this show is just aoi yuuki monologuing, and it's a pretty good show aoi yuuki is really doing a good job
>>928705 There's still a lot of potential time It would have to be at some point between now and the fifteen or so years the human plotline is probably taking place in So it's hard to know when exactly she'll be able to take on a human form
Anonymous
they were being pretty obvious when they mentioned the rot attack right before having her talk about the rot attack but i can't tell if it was intentional misdirection or not i'm starting to get the idea that it's just not being subtle and that she really is all these things
except that i'm 100% sure that elf-chan lied so the kids wouldn't know she's a hyperlord
Anonymous
Yeah but they've been doing that a LOT in this series Pretty much everything she does as a spider has been paired with something in the human plotline Which makes me feel there has to be a red herring somewhere here
Anonymous
You don't throw a dozen glaring correlations at the viewer without trying to set up a deceit It's just a waste of time to do so at that point.
Anonymous
see that's what you think but so far japanese authors in this creative space have never ceased to amaze me with their complete disregard for literary sense
Anonymous
I dunno man assuming incompetence is usually just a way to stroke your own ego and play it safe
Anonymous
i'm might not have worded it nicely, but i just mean that conventions are hard to assume as conventions in this kind of media maybe not so much with the cliches but when it comes to plot development conventions, things can get almost seemingly random
Oh he blinked A game of chicken with Aoi was probably a bit too high-level for him right now
Anonymous
i feel like she wasn't going to stop even worse, i feel like she set up a win-win
Anonymous
I guess I dunno if I'd say it would be a win-win, but if hadn't backed off I think she would've been happy with the outcome anyway But she was definitely extremely confident in that situation that he'd blink Rightfully so, of course
Anonymous
poor fuuka
Anonymous
Oh yeah he's fucking THICK
Anonymous
whe why did he hide...
Anonymous
Some people just have flight instincts built in I kinda get it
Anonymous
yeah i saw this coming i think he's gonna do it
Anonymous
He's a good catch at least.
Anonymous
wow alright that threw me for a loop
Anonymous
i'm so confused
Anonymous
Tomozaki's right She's still putting up a wall for this guy She's giving him an honest answer, but in a way that's not perfectly genuine Honestly it's a tool I'm pretty fond of using myself.
oh yep alright it just happened in a way that i didn't expect
Anonymous
Tomozaki you absolute NERD
Anonymous
this is
Anonymous
this is a lot
Anonymous
This is Tomozaki thinking he's bailing Aoi out of an annoying situation And maybe in a way he kinda is But I think she was fine even if he didn't step in
Anonymous
Yukata!
Anonymous
man this show makes me think way more than i ever intended to
Anonymous
fuka is cute!

The yukata suits her well

oh no
yeah
i had a feeling
Anonymous
i'm proud of him for being honest at least
Anonymous
YES TOMOZAKI YES YOU'RE POWERFUL
Anonymous
His image really has changed a lot from the first episode
I can really understand where both of them are coming from It's easy to agree with Tomozaki and his heartfelt words there But Aoi comes from a standpoint I generally agree with more
Anonymous
YESA GO GO TOMOZAKI
Anonymous
i knew it i done said this here hinami girl was evil
i mean evil doesn't real right so we have to define it ourselves she's so anti-genuine not just fake but actively against the real thing anti-hachiman to me that's evil she's also a sociopath and to top it off she's not even that cute!
Anonymous
Yeah because there's no such thing as genuine So trying to pursue it is more than a fool's errand If you try to boil yourself down to something that's "genuine" you just either deceive yourself into an oversimplifcation of your personality or get lost in the unsolvable maze which is personality and its contradictions and end up making no progress. No one person is one genuine thing We're all just a weird bundle of contradictions and strange inanities.
Anonymous
so he's giving up on development because he doesn't want to put people's emotions into checkboxes to fill out on some arbitrary level-up form? she's just being a fuckin weirdo
Anonymous
>>928762 what does any of that have to do with what tomozaki said there? so you're saying he should've confessed to fuuka? i think what aoi has been doing since episode 2 has been sociopath behavior and putting things like "being with a girl alone" on a checklist of goals to accomplish is weird as fuck
Anonymous
I don't think Tomozaki is wrong either I think they're both approaching things in fine ways.
>>928764 I think if he'd confessed to Fuuka and they'd dated it would've been a positive experience for the both of them Even if ultimately the relationship didn't work out So there's an argument for yes, confessing to her being a good option But I think him not confessing is also a good option too.
Anonymous
Aoi's approaching things from a standpoint that genuine personalities and people aren't really a thing, and people who try to convince themselves they are, are deluding themselves And more or less, I agree with that. So I don't really see her as sociopathic or evil, she's operating under principles which match with that base philosophy.
I do think she gets way pissy with Tomozaki over him not agreeing with her, but that's just showing that she's not really the cold, rational person she thinks she is, and is capable of more emotion than I think she gives herself credit for.
>>928769 You just need to let yourself drown Everything will be fine afterwards

Good going Futarou
Anonymous
Yotsuba's such a good girl
Anonymous
Kyoto really though has some gorgeous tourist locations though I think you'd sorely miss out on not touring them while you're there
This reminds me I need to get my old phone back at some point All my Japan trip pictures are still on it.
Anonymous
The Fushimi-Inari shrine really is a great trip though It's honestly not as hard a trek as they make it out to be though Like you'd have to be -really- out of shape to be as exhausted as Miku is here. You can get to the summit of the mountain without dropping dead. It's probably about an hour and a half or so
Ichika please It's one thing to say things It's another thing to actually do them!
Anonymous
Hah hah Futarou He's all >What the fuck did I walk into here
Anonymous
i love how that guy is always sparkling
Anonymous
Some people are just always kira kira
Anonymous
They call him dense but Futarou is kind of a refreshingly non-typical harem romcom MC He's sharp enough to get that Miku is very pointedly crushing on him
Anonymous
if anything he's way more reflective than any harem romcom mc i can think of
Anonymous
Hachiman, kind of.
Anonymous
oh yeah i guess i see oregairu as romance in my head
Anonymous
There's still something you can do Yotsuba! You can take it all for yourself!
Anonymous
>>928787 Yeah that's why I say kind of Oregairu was never a harem, even with Yui and kinda-Iroha crushing on him It was only ever a story of how he ends up with Yukino
Anonymous
oh i thought you meant kind of on the hachiman part yeah
Anonymous
I love the style they've adapted for this second season It's much more in line with the original manga's style And in particular the way the eyes are done in this season are way, way better.
Anonymous
Kiyomizu is another really astonishing tourist location The view is absolutely gorgeous And this big stage they're up on is all old wood
I'm absolutely surprised how well she turned around
Anonymous
she's still an unconvicted felon as far as i'm concerned poisoning someone is not really up for debate in my book
Anonymous
Whaaaat Wow I didn't expect them to just outright say it was Yotsuba in the picture
Anonymous
I mean I knew she was the girl in the photo because I'd picked up bits and pieces of this series as the manga was running But I thought the reveal was more personal, like Futarou discovering it or Yotsuba confessing on her own accord. Not just Itsuki telling the audience who it was.
It doesn't really do much for me I get a bit flatly happy I guess The big thing with alcohol is it really releases my inhibitions, which isn't really a good thing.
Anonymous
recently it's mostly just made me grumpy and sleepy and my stomach hates it am i getting old oh no
Anonymous
I've got bad news Bang You're older now Than you were a minute ago And you'll be a minute older A minute from now
thanks for anime! this season has been a pretty good one even if i've only been watching the shows we watch sunday
Anonymous
Plus egg
Anonymous
oh and egg egg still has a lot of potential for failure we'll see

You should marathon both seasons of Fruits Basket before the next season starts So you can hop on and watch the final season of that with us Because that is going to be a riiiiiiiide
