Guess it still wasn't a power burst that let Rimuru win though But it was enough to eat her sword and survive
The lady's probably pretty strong on the power scale of this world I think Rimuru's seemed strong but that's because he's been going up against lesser bosses so far
The cute bias in this series is always kind of funny Both that lizardperson and the ninja girl in red are both evolved lizardpeople But one of them's a cute girl and the other one's still clearly a monster. At least the goblins and the demonpeople all evolved a little more fairly
Benimaru showing off how strong he is for once He kinda just ended up being a dignitary despite being a powerhouse
I guess he was able to accurately blame the lady for part of this But Youm and that beastman tried to protect her.

It's hard to not understand what Benimaru's rage comes from though Even if she was under threat of death to do this, she's still definitely at fault for the destruction of their city.

There does seem to be a three-way axis trying to crush Tempest and Rimuru though The demon lord she serves, the human church, and that human kingdom
I wonder if this'll push Rimuru to be more of a Maou himself As a leader of a kingdom of monsters, he's already kind of halfway there anyway He just needs to accumulate more power and be a bit more aggressive.

Wouldn't blame him for it It's a bit of a dry isekai trope but humans at broad really do seem to be absolute assholes in this world. Going a little bit tyrant seems almost in the books.
I'm pretty good at not eating other people's food, since I've always had other people in the house and it's more trouble than its worth to step on their toes So it's just kind of weird to me that people grab food that's clearly not theirs

This is again one of those game concepts that would probably be way cooler as a full game than just a mobage Like imagine kind of like a mecha-piloting game where you've got to navigate airspace around this living town-sized tank to take it down
Assault Lily was another one of those kinds of games that just feels like almost a waste to be a mobage.

Which is a letdown!
I don't think very highly of Genshin Impact for a variety of reasons but the one thing I think it deserves praise for doing is taking gacha games beyond just simple party assembly gameplay mechanics Though Arknights also does that and is actually a good game, if still somewhat lightweight in design.

That's pretty metal I mean these are all fake bodies anyway so you're free to sacrifice parts of them as you need But it's still pretty intense to sever your own arm

Even if the alien boy is still kinda acting like an antagonist a bit, it's hard to not empathize with him wanting to get home Wouldn't it suck to be stuck on an alien planet with know certainty of when you'd get home

That's kind of just how this series goes though Everything moves at a glacial pace The fights are interesting and there's a tactical attention to detail that you don't often get in shounen But as far as progression goes, it takes forever for anything to go anywhere.

Yeah hah hah Honestly I'd just assumed they'd wrapped it up and I just didn't remember the end of the first season well enough to recall it But I guess my memory wasn't faulty and they were still going through it
Again, the tournament fights are pretty cool and fun to watch But man it takes ages for anything to happen in this series.
Taking a bit of a step back to this one But I assume what happened at the start of episode five is more or less irrelevant to this episode.

I feel like while we don't get many instances where these characters are called by their names, previously in the show they used Japanese names But they're being called Saturn, Pluto, Venus -- though I think that last one was how it always was Could just be a localization edit though. They were probably named the Japanese names for those planets in the first place.

This band's not really a fun cast of characters but their music's kind of nice. They've got a bit of a different sound from the pep-pop the girl bands have and the pop-metal the guys fall into.
In terms of boy bands, all this series really needs is SHINGANCRIMSONZ

They're definitely the best of the lot, and from a point of pure time economics the rest take away from time that could be spent on cute girls. But I haven't really heard a band from this show that I don't particularly dislike the sound of, so from the music side of things it's okay. Er I haven't really heard a band I particularly dislike the sound of.
