I've been having some pretty bad internet problems since like 02:45 least night
Weirdly enough I've managed to download a fair bit of anime but stuff that requires my net to ping DNS, like loading /moe/, doesn't really work
So I can watch anime but, uh, I might be a bit quiet since typing on a phone suuuucks

I'm pretty sure in the normal Hataraku Saibou there were guy red blood cells
But in this one they seem exclusively guys

A body that's short on red blood cells sounds like a pretty unhealthy body

Yeah, seems like this body is having a hard time.

Even the platelets aren't nice in this body

If the body from the normal Hataraku is a relatively healthy body, this one is well on its way to serious health problems

This one feels a bit more technical than the normal Hataraku
It feels like they're going more into detail on the actual systems

Fem White Blood Cell is pretty nice though

All his red blood cell friends died fast

It's a dangerous job being a red blood cell in an unhealthy body

I don't know how the writing in this is, but the character designs are by an artist I've liked for a while
If you remember that show about a white-haired girl who magics back in time to when her grandmother was a highschool student and spends some time with her and her friends, that's the same artist
So I've been looking a bit forward to this anime off that alone

I glanced at it and it looks pretty

The MC is kind of a dullard
Like I don't blame him for getting a bit salty about how that other guy was being a sore loser but he acted kind of sore himself

Honestly he feels even worse than Hachiman
Hachiman at least had a kind of vanity that made him act decent in public

It's kind of funny that they're making such a big deal out of not-Smash Bros

Well for all his saltiness the jock chara guy at least was honest about losing

And there's the catch hah hah

It was a cute girl beating his ass.

He still won in the end!
She's just the closest person to his skill level he thinks

She makes some good points about how far a minimal amount of effort in your posture and way you hold yourself can improve how you look though

He's got pretty thick eyebrows
I don't really have an opinion on that but it really draws my focus

There's some small details that are kind of funny
Like she's got the Switch accessory that lets you plug GameCube controllers in and use them to play Switch games
Which is the kind of thing only a particularly serious Smash Bros player would care about
The attention to detail like that is interesting to me

So she's got a bit of resting bitch face hah hah

She really likes her parmesan cheese
It's a good cheese though

I hope she mellows out a bit

After hearing from her side I can kind of understand where she's coming from
She doesn't see herself as pretty and high-spec from natural parameters, she's practiced and worked at it
So she got angry with the MC for just assuming it's all natural
I've had artist friends that get similarly pissed about being told their art skills are all talent when they know how much time and effort it's taken.
