Aside from the Mineral Town port earlier, this is the first Harvest Moon game on a console, not handheld, since the two that came out on the Wii!
It's been a long time coming and it makes me really excited.

The purple one is really super tiny.

Mouse House is one of those rare occasions where you get some nice alliteration/naming sense in English that doesn't happen in the Japanese.

I guess some people just need their fruit sugars in the morning.

You see that "was an all-girls school but is now co-ed" pop up from time to time.
Though usually it's an actual plot element.
Here it seems more like just an excuse to draw more girls and less boys.

Yeah.
Like I said in episode one you see those kinds of eyebrows when it's a lady that tidies up her eyebrows as part of her make-up, and she hasn't done it yet.
But here it just seems like she's got frizzy brows.

Enka is a nice genre of music though.
And Rakugo is super cool.

Some of these girls have some weird attributes though.
The MC's basically unaware she's gay for the short one.
And while I get what the oppai girl was saying, calling them "girl scents" sure is interesting.

Though I can see how she'd fit into one of the usual character design archtypes they use in the franchise.

Though I guess we get the showdown between him and the spy girl this episode.
Might be fun.

Guess even OP magicians have to rely on a good ol' fashioned flashbang from time to time.

She's relying on a pretty old-fashioned trick too.
Onii-sama was being fairly predator-y there though.

The way they ended up fighting each other was kind of a string of bad coincidences.

When she's not busy being a spy, Lina is pretty cute.
She's got a good frazzled, unkempt look.

Stars makes me think of S.T.A.R.S., the elite team from Resident Evil a bunch of the original characters originated out of.

When he's not busy being simply the best, he is kind of an endearing dork.

This sparkly girl sounds a lot like the spacesuit person.
Even more than the spacesuit, the hair really reminds me of Erio.

Wonder how long it will take for them to be literally joined at the hip

Though a few years younger, since Erio was the same age as the MC.
This one looks to be a child still.
