The testing situation down in the States seems to consistently be abysmal. Kirara got exposed a couple weeks back and only got a speedy test because his work paid for the test.
My mother went to visit a friend who's severely immunocompromised so my mom wanted to get tested before the visit. She went there the day of, got the test, and got the results within the day.

Yeah, Maeda Jun's new show will be fun. We haven't really gotten a real KEY-quality experience since Charlotte. Island kinda fit the bill but wasn't quite up to KEY standards.
Next season is also bringing a new Higurashi no Naku Koro ni adaptation though. With character designs by the person who did the Monogatari series character designs.
Hm, there's quite a few good things next season. There's a new Love Live featuring girls from the mobage. There's a Shounen Jump adaptation that might be a good punk-y action series. Plus it's being animated by MAPPA and they do some gorgeous action choreography.
We'll be getting a new SHAFT anime next season, it's an anime for a multimedia project.
Hayate the Combat Butler's mangaka's newer series is getting an anime next season. I always really liked his sense of comedy so I'm looking forward to that.

Apparently blood transfusions were a thing long before the time period this show takes place. But Kosame is being a bit anachronistic referencing blood transfusions of the same blood type. That wasn't a thing they learned until a good way into the 1900s, and in the time period this show takes place, they would've just given Kosame blood without checking and hoped his body didn't reject it.
THey've -They've only got maybe one or two episodes left! It'll probably be the climax of the show.

Yeah MAL has it at thirteen episodes long. I wonder if they'll skip most of the remaining race route from where they are somewhere on the border of Kansas and Missouri, I think it was, to the race's finish line of New York.
I wonder if the hero back from Anos' heyday had magic that tried to do that to him too. Would make it impressive that he managed to end up being so amicable and understanding to what Anos wanted to do.

They're definitely assholes, but I do think this brainwashing stuff is the fault of whoever's been pulling strings since Anos died two thousand years ago. And to be fair, if your species was privy to brainwashing telling you to kill demons whenever you used magic, for two thousand years, you'd probably end up hating demons irrationally too.

There's been some surprisingly sasuga animation moments this episode.
It's been a pretty fun series over all. It definitely enjoys fleshing out the world it lives in and it has fun with the OP character without getting too power-trip-wish-fulfillment.

Oh yeah we haven't really seen much of the Monkey. They belong to the older Souma crowd like Shigure, Yuki's onii-san, and Hattori, but there hasn't really been much a focus.
Though comparatively I'm pretty sure the Monkey is fairly irrelevant.
Akito being an absolutely tempermental piece of shit as usual. Can't even go a single dinner without lashing out at Yuki just because Yuki is showing just a bit of independence.
