i've been hyperbusy with work
i took a small nap today just so i could fit anime, since i gotta be up early-ish

i caught up on decadence last night and omg that show is really impressing me

Victor seems to have gotten his fingers into a lot of things.

Juzo being able to take on all the other gunheads in his series and win is pretty crazy.
I mean we've seen some of the crazy shit he can do but I wonder if that's still in the normal utility range of the Gun Slave Units.
If so that would mean there's a lot left he can do.

It seems like Juzo is a lot less at his prime than he used to be though.
I am sure that a gun slave will pop up that he'll struggle with.

The cliffhanger of the first season made it seem like the one controlled by Beruhen or whatever it's spelled was gonna clash with him but nothing's come of that.

Also Tetsuro's been really flexing his new knowledge this episode.
Or maybe old knowledge.
I think he regained memories when that guy with the weird eyes fixed his voicebox.

The director for this did an AMA on Reddit a while back.
Talked about some interesting things, like the decision to intentionally make this a duo-protag series between Natsume and Kaburagi.
Also keeps referring to the robots as cyborgs so I wonder if there's more biological parts to them than I thought there was originally.

Seems like the developers for Deca-Dence have upped the stakes for this new season.
With the Gadoll being aggressive enough to breach the walls of Tank.

The corporation that oversees Deca-Dence uses the Gadoll threat to intentionally cull Tankers.

Wow it's been a while since he's beein in Deca-Dence.
I suspect she wrote that letter not long after his death so the fact that it's so aged means he's been away for quite some time.

Anyway another funny trivia bit from the AMA was that in the original designs for Kaburagi, they originally had him as more of a Doc Brown from Back To The Future design.
It's amusing that he went from an old man to a like forties or whatever oji to this now kinda younger guy.

I'm guessing a lot of Tankers have kind of accepted their fate by this point.

Natsume is pretty cool for not giving up.

Well in total fairness while proms have this initial concept of being mature graduation send-offs.
I think we all know that North American proms are just places for horny teenagers to be horny teenagers.
So I think the PTA being in opposition to a Japanese high school holding a prom is honestly not an unrealistic stance for them to take.
