Shinra's one of those characters that you kinda have to constantly remind yourself he's actually pretty smart.
He looks a bit dumb and he's a shounen protag, so.
But he's been pretty consistently clever and well-thinking.

There's a lot of weird disparate plot elements to this series.
Like some people just have weird Stand-like superpowers?
There's some kind of fanatical cult?
Why is there just some big international martial arts tournament called God of High School but it seems like more than just high school students can participate?
What's with these weird NANOMACHINES, SON?

Yeah this is just a weird one.
Waiting for the backstory to start.

In the meanwhile the action scenes are pretty neat at least.

Yeah MAPPA's really rolling out the quality cinematography for this match.
These are some cool shots.

The MC's fightstyle can be a bit dance-y at times but man I like a good kick-based fightstyle.

Yeah like having a kind of nanomachine technology that can heal all but the worst intensive injuries and gating it behind participating in a fight tournament feels super unethical.

Both have a flashy fighting style
