There's very little new footage in this Black Clover, it's Secre more or less recapping all the stuff from the past when she was buddy with the Wizard King and then their revival and the fight with the Devil. Apparently there'll be another part of the recap next week too.

Translating the syllable differences of karuta cards to their English translations kinda removes a bit of the gravity of the sitaution. There's a decent difference between catching a card on a "the" of "Since the" rather than the second syllable of the card's reading.
Seems like Taichi realizes it would have to be either him or Arata that goes up against Suo though.
So by declaring that he's also indirectly declaring he'd defeat Taichi too.

Excitement's not over yet it seems. Assuming this is a normal two-cour length -- and it might not since there was some weirdness with double-episodes early on in the first half -- we've still got like four episodes left at least.
I also know with Black Clover, there is a timeskip moment coming up in it. It's nothing sizeable like in Naruto, and honestly from what I've seen on /a/ all the characters look literally the same post-timeskip anyway. But the anime is also getting really close to catching up with the manga so they might put the show on break because of that. Or at least do some extended filler arcs to let a proper gap build again.

Oh this is a very lecture professor-y attitude to take. I've generally found they're all quite enthusiastic to help you with your problems as long as you just communicate.
Well we did Chihayafuru since we didn't have you and Ace was Ace as usual, so it was really just Pet and Plunderer. Pet was kind of interesting but kind of just the usual advancing of the plot. Plunderer started off as what felt like an episodic one-off but the later bit of the episode had a bunch of plot-related stuff suddenly come up.
