I wonder if the mangaka for this always planned to shift Deku's powers from PUNCH to kick-style moves. His costume has a very obvious rabbit motif to it and the kicks are more rabbit-y than punches. If it just turned out that way it's a pretty good convenience.

Well he doesn't have the strength of One For All anymore but he's still got the experience of being a top pro hero. He can slip into a support role as a teacher with all that experience.
Yeah you're jumping in like sixty-five episodes in hah hah It's been a shounen series I've been a big fan of since it was like fifty-chapters long. The previous seasons have been pretty good adaptations too. The first one was kind of a B-team product but still had charm. But the following seasons have been really high-quality products on top of that charm.
All the mooks in Tsukasa's army are particularly ridiculous-looking. Though I guess even the non-mooks look a little silly. Like look at this edgelord wrapped up in his cape.

Tsukasa did make some good points about the involvement technology has in creating a class system of inequality but pretty much every thing else associated with him is kind of plain villainy. I guess they can't really have a morally complex villain in a Shounen Jump series though.

I think a Kei-tai is kind of beyond Senku's capabity for creation though. Cellular networks are hard to set up.
It would probably take way too long to set up a mass production for this but assuming Chrome's habits of collecting weird shit hold true for all the minerals involved, they could probably make a small-scale production of phones pretty fast. The biggest problem would probably be some of the manufacturing equipment for stuff like vacuum tubes.

This animation studio does some really solid 3D CGI work. They did Houseki no Kuni last year or something and man it was fantastic. The disorientation I think ends up working really well with the material they get to adapt.
Also they do some TERRIFIC pseudocamera work I fucking love it.

There's not really a lot of anime that works with the concept of a dynamic camera. And even when they do it's usually reserved for some big impact scenes. Like not even KyoAni with all their animation insanity wouldn't be able to do a full season like this of camera activity.
That's one of the things I think that 3D CGI actually has over traditional animation.
I've always been too cowardly to try it seriously.

Bill might've been making a lacklustre show but Legosi is really just ruining it hah hah This series does a good job of showing how dangerous carnivores really are though. It's wild a society of herbivores and carnivores have -has been able to endure this long.

Yeah. I've been on-and-off following the manga for a while and this series does a great job of transposing human conflicts into this animal society. Plus the characters are really endearing. It's a fun series.

Yeah we haven't really had a good-natured shoujo series like this in a long time I feel. It's a refreshing enjoyment.
There was a particularly sweet chapter with Sensei in the manga recently.
She's also won both popularity polls the manga's run with a pretty convincing lead. I wonder how the manga will handle that as it trends towards its finale. Having an official romance between an MC and a teacher quite a few years his elder is probably a bit much for a Shounen Jump series. But anything else would seriously upset the vocal majority of the series' fans.
I understand where you're coming from but otaku are pretty consistently some of the biggest tantrum throwers when their favourite doesn't win. Even if Sensei doesn't "win" this series they'd need to give her some kind of happy end or else the ambiguousness would get her fans really up in a tussle.

I think that's something more harem romcom series should do really. Unless there's some kind of UNMEI reason or something there can only be one. But if you're gonna populate your series with cute, endearing characters and then have to give all but one of them the axe. It kind of sucks unless it's handled with a delicate touch.
