This series does a good job of making the other school teams their own body of normal people, rather than just "teams we're friends with" and "evil teams". There are a lot of characters it tends to throw at you all at once though, so it's a bit hard to keep track of them all.

What exactly about her makes it apparent she's royalty though. The elves don't seem to normally retain the memories of the humans in the bodies. So there isn't really a good reason to just know she's royalty.
Hopefully they'll resvolve this body swapping issue before the end of this episode.

Honestly it seems like a bit of a one-off story so they could have just skipped it. This current part of the episode seems to be related to the main plot overall after all, with callbacks to Zelada and the mayoral election.

I think both him and Kirara didn't get past the first episode. The kind of super-deformed style of the robots turned them off, I think. Shame if they didn't keep up with it though it's been one hell of a show.
Looks like she's an artificial construct of a sorts. Wonder if it's just her or her imouto as well or what's going on there. Hacker-chan's magical scanning seemed to flag Mangetsu's imouto as an intense source of magical energies as well.
Wise probably wants more friends than this dork of an MC and Porta. Porta's a very good girl but if you only have one good-quality friend like that I can understand wanting more.
