Yeah I think JoJo is weird and wacky but it's actually a pretty straightforward series.
The bizarre stuff is just kind of seasoning to a solid base.

Yeah, episode nine.

I think there's something to be said about how enduringly popular JoJo has been.
It's only recently it's gotten -really- popular in western otaku culture but it's been super popular in Japan pretty much since part three was an ongoing manga.
It's rare you get a series which is consistent like it while constantly reinventing itself.
