It's kind of interesting that she seems to have had an interaction with things of all her suitors when she was in her present time. There was the painting of the cat, a volume of works from both Ougai and that screenplay writer, the grumpy soldier guy's sword. The electricity box from ... someone.
Feels like these mooks convientenly showed up just to die and make the protagonist feel kinda bad for an episode or two.

Oh wow Filo sure can jump. I guess it's just not something normally feasible when hooked up to a wagon.
It's kind of funny that the other Heroes were complaining about Naofumi practically having a cheat when really it's just that he's been dutifully upgrading his weapon. But of course he's HAD to because of how useless it is on its lonesome. I think that's actually a really good design quality though. You get pay off for picking the more challenging option.

Though that's assuming the other weapons do have upgrade trees like the shield does. Maybe he's the only one that gets that perk because of it being the "useless" weapon.

The other Heroes have obtained weapon skills though, and I think at the least Sworddude's sword has changed appearance. Oh geez there's twenty-two novels in the Boogiepop series.. Of which this television series will have covered five, assuming this arc is going to run until the of the airing. Would be neat if they do more adaptations of it.

Hey Jan you should help me get Kirara to watch Boogiepop I think he'd enjoy it. He didn't start it at first because he'd never watched the Boogiepop Phantom series. Even though turns out that's kind of an apocryphal adaptation that hodgepodge'd a bunch of stuff from the original materal. This adaptation is a faithful one.
