I think it's Steins;Gate but I can't quite remember.
There's only five shows that air between Tuesday and Wednesday usually though.

I've seen the double-page spread for that attack of Noelle's and man.
It looks way better than this QUALITY shitshow.

they're moving at a snails pace so they can do more eps

Last I checked this series is done airing at the end of this season though.
Maybe they're trying to pace out to the finale of the arc for the end of the season, but there's definitely way better tricks for accomplishing that.

Yeah the pacing has been really slow lately.

These ED sequences are more consistent than any equally long part of the episode.

well maybe we'll get to see the attack actually resolve next episode

Finral's head just looks awkwardly photoshopped on his body here, hah hah.
Kind of a bit too big for his proportions too, makes him look a bit like a bobblehead.
