I expected this development after they started hinting that they'd recovered his robot's AI.
But it does feel like it cheapens the sacrifice it made earlier on in the season.

Seems like it's that part in the series where he powers up and saves the girl.

But now her objective's a bit different huh.

Also it looks like he's traded his mech's invisibility for firepower.
So it's not quite a power up.

This series had something of a pilot episode I guess.
Maybe the second episode will help it a bit more.

Huh, yeah, this is Masaaaki Endoh in the OP here.
The lead vocalist of JAM PROJECT.
It's kind of a low-energy OP considering that though.

I found this to be pretty interesting.

The premise was interesting but the execution was a bit much for me.
Zack's screeching in the first episode was distracting.
Now that he's toned down a bit, that might help./

He's pretty honest about his own stupidity.

He just wants an excuse to keep her around.

this show is so weird

So he's not actually a Zack but an Issac.

Oh, she's the kind that likes guys like that.
