What are the new ones about?

Hataraku Saibou is about personified red blood cells or something.
And other personified cellular body parts.

Valkyria is another dumb isekai where the MC gets to bring his cellphone with him.

Ongaku Shoujo is some idol series.

Planet With is cool stuff. Cat robots, giant creatures, maids. The whole shebang.

I'd like to do Planet With, I've been excited for it.
As for comfier shows, I think the options would be either Chio-chan or Ongaku Shoujo, though Chio-chan is energetic silly and I don't know how generically idol Ongaku is.
Other than Planet With though, I'm good for whatever.

Also there is no Hero Academia this week, it will be returning next week though.

Yeah I've heard the stories.
Honestly ISPs aren't much better here. They're pretty monopolistic too, and probably have total monopoly in more rural areas.
Speeds are pretty much way worse for the price compared to most other -well at least compared to the States.
At least I live in a major city so there's some competition there.
