>>467117 Last Period or Rokuhoudou I'd wager. Last Period should be a goody RPG mobage adaptation. Rokuhoudou is a prettyboy cast running a Japanese tea shop I think.
Anno
Goofy RPG adaptation, even.
Anno

I was under the impression from people talking about the re manga that it wasn't so obvious that this guy was Arima at first. I mean it's totally him but like, not the point where he's actually got Kaneki inside his head.
No I mean no one was actually fooled. But the actual manga wasn't heavy-handed about it being Kaneki. Maybe I just caught the wrong message though; it's not like I was really paying much attention.
Kaneki seems to have a bit more of a persona- Why are they fighting on top of a boardroom table.. He seems to have a bit more of a personality now that he's died once and aged a couple years.
If he loses his cool over a small scratch like that, how does he handle being in an actual squad that hunts bampires. Suerly there's blood fucking EVERYWHERE in situations like that.
Anno
with a permanent stiffy?
Anno
or maybe he just hadn't eaten in a really long time
>>467267 I think they're kind of generic. I do think the show's pretty generic though. Mediocre, I mean. Though it's also probably kind of generic at least amongst grimdorky shows.
Like what is this even going to be about? The story ended. Another world line?
Anno
I think it's a VERY BAD END world line with an evil Okabe.
Anno
But honestly I actually know nearly nothing about it.
Anno
The dark untold story of Steins;Gate that leads with the eccentric mad scientist Okabe, struggling to recover from a failed attempt at rescuing Kurisu. He decides to give up and abandons his lively scientist alter ego, in pursuit to forget the past. When all seems to be normal, he is seemingly pulled back into the past by meeting an acquaintance of Kurisu, who tells him that they have begun testing a device that stores the memory of a human and creates a simulation of them with their characteristics and personalities. Okabe begins testing and finds out that the simulation of Kurisu has brought back anguish and some new unexpected tragedies.
Zero is a side story that explores events from the Beta Attractor Field's future that contribute in making the end of the original story possible.
Anno
>Rukako So in this world line it's female Ruka? Or was he Rukako even as a guy. It's been so long I can't remember properly.
Is she staying in the past to make sure her dad gets laid?
Anno
Maybe? All things considered it would be pretty important. It looks like things are already well on their way though?
Anno
Steins;Gate 0 is set on the Beta worldline, the one where Okabe stops SERN by undoing all the D-Mails but fails to stop Kurisu's death. The timeline is pretty much the same up until episode 23. Instead of getting a message from his future self after his first failed attempt to save Kurisu, this Okabe doesn't get any help from his future self and gives up on saving Kurisu and stopping World War III. The Okabe from this worldline is the version who ultimately sends the video message telling his past self how to save Kurisu without losing Mayuri. Steins;Gate 0 is basically what happens after this Okabe gives up and how he eventually learns how to stop Kurisu's death.
Anno
Ah, so it's closing that, not really a plot hole, but a leap of faith of sorts that the video message needed from the audience to make sense.
Why would everyone forget about Kurisu? I don't remember was her actual death at the very beginning? oh yeah he saved her but it doomed Mayuri, was that it?
Anno
Yeah. That's right. In sending the original D-mail that allowed him to save Kurisu in the first place, he caught CERN's attention and Mayushii got shot up by their secret agent squad.
>I'm a full-grown woman I mean, I get what she's saying. But that's factually false.
