i finished the RELIFE manga
the manga is definitely more detailed
anime skips a decent amount between the series and ova too
but still good

Yeah, but without getting a second season greenlit they were gonna have to cut stuff to do the finale as the OVA.
Better to finish if the alternative is a potential never reaching the finale.
