I can read some of the simple ones But most of them come by too fast and are too kanji-dependant for me to get.

She didn't seem surprised to see him. Though I guess she might've been trailing him for a while there and had time to compose herself. I guess she might've reached out and talked with the others about it, where Eita definitely seems more like the guy who would just stay in his own head about it.
But yeah it's still kind of weird and nonsensical to me.
