So if this is a straight adaptation of the manga content we shouldn't have any reference to the stuff in the OVA.

One of the reasons I figured that wasn't the actual show was because it wasn't using the Kantoku character designs.
He's got a particular style to how he draws and that definitely wasn't remotely like it.

The weekends are so heavy this season.

This season is going to be characterized by a huge glut on the weekends and us playing catch-up all week.

I did a bit of counting too though and unless we drops some shows we might need to break four shows a night to keep on top of everything.
But I figure we can cross that bridge when it shows up.

I imagine the weaker ones will naturally fall by the wayside.
