Operation: Changeling was supposed to be Ange (Charlotte) taking the place of Princess (Ange) and kill her, but they were able to put off that last bit because the spy agency was a bit nice or something?
But then this new agency director came along and told them they had to finally kill Princess (Ange).
So Princess (Ange), upon learning this from Ange (Charlotte) effectively banished Ange (Charlotte) from the country and is now pretending to be Ange (Charlotte) who is pretending to be Princess Charlotte (Ange).

The princess by blood is now banished from the country and the pauper is set to become the Queen.

So the super spy is Charlotte and Ange is bad?

Nobody is bad. Princess is mad at Ange though.

Princess(Ange) is mad at Ange(Charlotte)

Charlotte is the actual princess.
Princess(Ange) is pretending to be Ange(Charlotte) in front of the spies from the other country because the original plan was the Ange(Charlotte) to assassinate Princess(Ange) and take her place.
