Is this a question about one of the developer options?

It probably has to do with that mode where boards will only be open certain times. That's one of the things doushio can do.

CURFEW: [5, 6]
uhh
i'm not sure if that's the name of the config var
maybe CURFEW_HOURS or something

and that would mean the board is open from 5-7

uh except the timezone might be GMT or something so
