A guy 'known to police' veered onto wrong side of road, mounted the footpath outside of the convention and hit a group of 3 people leaving the convention. 1 died, 1 serious injuries and other physically ok.

I'm a bit strapped for a lot of resources in this new CDDA run (old one succumbed to The Horrors) so, while I don't have a good free standing battery to, you know, store my solar power... what I do have is an electric vehicle in honestly really good condition, which was parked in the parking lot of this small airport I'm currently calling hom e this solves my problem elegantly I simply hook its batteries directly into my power grid with a jumper cable I'm not skilled enough to take them out, so the thing is literally just parked next to the one solar panel and diesel generator I have I definitely need, you know, a better setup for this stuff For one, I gotta get more solar panels so I don't even need the generator (not that I need it currently, but still) and obviously more batteries so I can use the power for some more fun activities beyond keeping the fridge running
dude yesterday when I came home I was getting out of my car and my neighbor is like "are you ok" and im like "what" and he points at my face so I hurry inside and check in the mirror and there's absolutely nothing wrong. completely normal. i think i got epically trolled
