I joined a multiplayer server in Space Engineers, and I will be getting my ass to earth from a start in space somewhere Obviously, no permanent base locations are sensible in such an environment, so I'll just have to keep expanding my ship at least I don't gotta worry about gravity so it can be as heavy as I want and I just need enough thrust to fly comfortably in 0G, at least until I make it to a planet
that's kind of the issue with space life in Space Engineers transport is relatively easy, if time consuming, but on the flipside, stopping is more difficult and crashing kills your whole base in one go You CAN survive it if the respawn kit is properly protected, but until you really get going, that's not an option
My ship is now too heavy to actually... run so, now I gotta add gyros and shit, it needs more power soon too I think Maybe I should just kinda hunker down on a big asteroid somewhere and build a small stationary base, temporarily, just so I can start building an actual good, functional ship for the long term, instead of just slapping new stuff on the starter ship

in any case, this thing will keep processing my resources until I wake up tomorrow then I'll start designing a more permanent ship Or, at least something that'll be more comfortable as I hop between rocks looking for more resources you can use event controllers to program ships to a decent extent, too, which I intend to do probably toy around with some AI blocks, as well, maybe a little guy who can follow me around with a floodlight and an ore detector so I can sniff around for the more valuable stuff like uranium and platinum

did a far bit of minning fair* and very experianced at flying space craft thats why didn't have any problem downing that ship in X4 it took a while, bring downa larger ship while getting mashed on by smaller ships took like 30 mins and then I was having a similar prob to what you encountered with the gpu / lagging gpu/cpu but it was all fun times

man im in a pickle and dunno what to do im in north carolina now, and my car has illinois plates that are expired i can't get the registration renewed here because i don't have the title. they never sent me the title after i got the plates. they were supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks but never did. now the administration at the property im staying are citing me for expired registration and i somehow have to move the car until i can fix this, which i dont even know how to fix
applying for a duplicate registration takes a while and costs money i dont have once i get the duplicate title, if they even send it to me out of state, id have to get new NC plates which would be insanely expensive i cant even move the car anywhere because this is where i live. what am i supposed to do??

If space engineers had some manner of restrictions in terms of how things must be laid out, this'd actually be a lot easier, cause I could form based on function, but when the two are wholly separate, I'm left just setting up the function, and then I gotta mold a form around it for the form's sake alone my issue isn't even not knowing what I want, I actually have a vague idea, I just am not able to get from nothing to the shape I want
at least for the front, I know I want these two like, claws coming out and then back in again on the front They'd be convenient for placing some thrusters, since they curve and that leaves nice spots for that sort of thing I'm not sure about the back of the ship, though. I don't want it to just be a flat cutoff, cause that'd be really ugly
I guess I could impose restrictions myself, but the fundamental issue of not know how to put mental image to 3D space remains

yeah I mean, if I want a meal the obvious course of action is to eat a meal but I sometimes do not want to eat a whole meal cause it involves a lot of preparing the food and stuff, and sometimes I forget\don't have time for breakfast so it'd be convenient to, working at a grocery store, just buy the meal replacement bar of honey and nuts and eat that to keep me going

I remember threads back wanting things to be better and reading not taking for the time we have for granted. Been being better at this with my own parents, beacuse of reading that. It's messed up something was bothering my system and uped up curing an issue after reading about taking mother apple cider vinager and putting in a container with a stick of cinnimon.
cinnamon* Where I seen this advice suggested, was saying it helps different illness, one being helping ppl with diabetic probs. Not sure what it did exactly, for me. I think I passed something gnarly. It improved vision and brain functionality. Like I've taken it tons but like hot apple cider and cinnamon and also with other combos, like turmeric and apple cider and pepper, for joint pain. But drinking it and with mother present, activates this process it seems.
