had to download, i guess i had the wrong one ready
Anno
The death was pretty ridiculous, and the dead guy was a fair bit of an ass But I guess he was someone's son in the end Although his dad does seem to not be too opposed to slandering his dead son So, well
oh that's more well-thought out than what i thought he was planning if the old man is cool with it that's actually pretty good i'm just worried about what the other guy is up to he might be dead-set on rebellion
Anno
So it was that other white-haired person that Wein sent She? seems to act as his imouto's bodyguard so I hope she's well protected in the meanwhile
Anno
This series really doesn't mince injuries and violence Although it doesn't glorify it either
Anno
I'm usually kind of wary about a show staking its identity on it having some kind of "tensai" protagonist, since writing geniuses usually just involves glazing over the actual meat of their genius and cutting straight to them smugly showing off their genius But this series does a good job of showing how Wein plans things and how his mind operates on the fly to come out on top
>Joint military exercise This is some Chinese or Russian spin bullshit hah hah
>>1024199 There is a bit of an underlying common theme eh I think this series focuses a bit more on microscopic planning by its MC Where Genjitsu has more of a focus on Souma's macroscopic plans for his kingdom
i love lappland
princess bellybutton window
Anno
How cute
Anno
He's being kind of charming While discussing having broken an old man by killing his son (albeit accidentally) and gaslighting him into submission
>>1024213 how many episodes have had one all of them? there was one immediately after they became a girl there was one in the dungeon and one at the tower where that maid is i think just 3 but maybe there was one i missed definitely way too many
Anno
If this is another episode with a fucking pee scene I fucking swear >>1024212 So far we're either two or three for four
What does the harem think when the harem owner shows up as a little girl
Anno
I'm pretty sure they were all just friends as MMO players After all who could really get all that into an MMO player you RP's way too seriously as a Gandalf expy
i love lappland
this is a really extended scene happening in the middle of a pretty big crisis
Anno
Yeah I was thinking when they first started talking about the training regiments That this doesn't exactly seem to be the time And then they kept talking
Anno
They all have their own weapon preference I like the one which is literally just PUNCH
i love lappland
that action scene was pretty whatever and now a bunch of exposition at a pretty lame time
These are summons! They're probably sentient at this point like all the former NPCs But they probably also have some kind of magic acceptance of who their master is
i love lappland
i wonder if maybe they just had to put a lot of effort into the second half of the episode or something this ain't hittin the spot
i love lappland
did i miss something is there a reason that wasn't the plan earlier why did they go to the ground to fight zombies individually
Anno
Summon magic where the summons can get stronger as you use them and unlock stronger skills and such is kind of neat As far as I know, most MMOs tend to just have you get more diverse static summons
i love lappland
is warframe like that with the pets? >>1024229 if i had to level my demons as a warlock i'd absolutely never touch the warlock class that sounds like ass
Anno
I think it's something that could be tailored to be not too unenjoyable The experience scheme doesn't have to match what you'd be getting as a player
i love lappland
in an RPG it'd probably be fine but in an MMO, it just boils down to time spent vs value gained as everything does so additional grinds like that are not something i welcome
Anno
I was thinking more parallel grinds than additional ones
i love lappland
wait no i was literally about to type out a post about how i liked that outfit nooooooooooooooo
Anno
So it's not just the sages or whatever they called themselves Other less impressive players also ended up in this new world
well the second half of the episode was indeed better but still just okay if only because i'm watching so little i'll end up finishing this show i think but it's kinda just okay
This armor seems strong but i think suit-kun is just going to be stronger than everything
Anno
Yeah Although the not-Kirito is also kind of OP But without the ability to control himself But Jinguuji's WAN PANCH can probably bring something like that down pretty easily
Anno
Uh
Anno
I'm guessing it eats magic items But that doesn't entirely explain eating his clothes
my hair is straight and thin and never tangles, fortunately
Anno
Wow the not-Kirito is a high schooler I guess Tachibana looks like she might be around that age now But she is actually a thirty-something hah hah
>>1024278 I'd say lucky, but honestly, I really like my hair Not having to worry about tangles and stuff would be nice But I think I like the curls and density over that
Anno
I wonder how embarassingly bland his real name is
Anno
I like Inquisitor onee-san I hope she sticks around a bit
Yeah this other headmaster doesn't know what he's getting into I guess he dropped the challenge when he saw what she could do though
Anno
I feel that's a slightly excessive crime to assign to this guy He's a prissy, egotistic man, who probably isn't a good educational administrator But not an outright criminal
Anno
Iris doesn't really seem like an able fighter At least in human form Maybe she should just wreck shit as a dragon
Honestly I don't care how nice you think you're being Reaching over and grabbing food from someone's bento seems like exceedingly rude manners
Anno
Oh this is their kid I know there's a spin-off manga with their kid and the guy who likes her
Anno
It took me a really long time to like bell peppers But I was also a very, very picky eater These days I love them and will throw them into almost anything though
>>1024320 Oh is that their kid? It seemed like the two of them with personality reversed
Anno
If I remember correctly, it's not quite a role reversal Their kid's both kind of has Nishikata's bulliable nature but also tries to play games like Takagi The guy who likes her is more of a stoic who is really good at not getting fazed by her games
Anno
Carrots are one of those things I have a hard time understanding how people dislike them They've always tasted really good to me
Anno
Hah hah hah Here she goes, picking a game that no matter the outcome, she wins If Nishikata gets the role, she gets to play romantic opposite him If he doesn't, she wins the game Although I guess she'd probably consider that outcome a loss
wow that episode went by quickly that was a good ep
Anno
Yeah
Y'know if you think about it, Nishikata is a pretty good catch There's a bit of childish immaturity there, but he is in middle school, so I feel he gets some leeway there But he keeps fit, he's pretty considerate, and he 's more or less a fair loser, going along with what Takagi wins when she beats him in a game
