Oh the OP seems to hint Inosuke picks up a breathing skill this arc

All three of the main cast are kind of hermits
Inosuke literally lived by himself on a mountain
Tanjirou's family was an isolated family of charcoal burners and then it was just him and Nezuko for a while after that
And Zenitsu seems to have ceom -come from a small village too
Coming to a big city's bustling red light district is probably a bit of a stimulus overload

The face paint is really unbefitting of them

I think it's the kind of series that plans to end on a good note though

Hah hah this place is literally just "Kingdom"

The ingredient names are usually pretty easy to parse but some of the fantasy names for dishes can be weird
Like I think the knight's stew is like a kind of cream stew or something
But it's not a very evocative name

I wonder in a fantasy world with magic, what the assumed expectations for a magic door in the middle of the woods is

oh his prices are kinda high for common people it seems

I think it's not a big deal for fantasy people though
Because they pay in coins made of precious metals
Like even a few copper coins, y'know, the cheapest coin in most fantasy settings, would be worth a decent amount of money in modern society

Like she scolded her dad for spending a hundred silver, saying it was half a month's profits
So if two hundred silver is a month's profits for a sustainable but not hugely successful restaurant, then spending three or four silver on the occasional nice meal doesn't seem unthinkable
But three or four coins of pure silver in our society would be a lot of money

Even a handful of coins of pure copper is probably an easy 5-10 dollars for us

Proper jellied dishes probably need more powerful refridgeration than you can get in a fantasy world like this

For the jelly to set you need cold temperatures ideally

5 or 10 dollars a meal is on the cheap side
this seems to be the normal people episode

This flashback happens quite a while back
The restaurant master looks a bit younger than he does in the series
And he doesn't have either Aletta or Kuro working for him yet

I'd kind of like to try a professional jelly like this some time
I wonder how much different it is from brand-name grocery stuff like Jello
